I just got a wm30 Daniel Bryan but it was missing Corporate Kanes left arm from the build a figure series. This was definitely a factory mistake as the tape was in all the usual elite places. Since no one would of stole a Kane arm and left the other stuff. What should i do? I can't return it as it was the only one in the store.

If they still have one at my tru tomorrow I'll give u the arm man. Last week when I was there they had 3 left so I'll let you know.

Either return it now or when you see another one in the store, buy it, then return either one with the new receipt for a refund. Don't bother contacting Mattel because they'll just ask you to mail it to them for a refund. Why ask us? Use some common sense. |
