IF this is true... I could see Bryan trying to cover it up & work through it for awhile. He just came back from a serious injury. And he was furious that WWE tried to end his match with Orton a few years back when he got the initial stinger. But if he does have serious concussion problems, take a look at Christian for example, WWE says he's retired and Christian says he's not. So obviously they aren't against ending careers prematurely over concussions. Time will tell I suppose.
I will say, I love Bret Hart. One of my all time favorites. But I wish he'd keep his medical diagnosis to himself. He doesn't know and should openly say he doesn't know instead of guessing. Now all he has done is opened the door for speculation and scrutiny.

The thing is Bret may have been told by someone in the company or was reached out to by Bryan. If Bryan did talk to him or Bret was asked by the WWE to talk to Bryan he was likely blunt about the realities. Bret speaking out could have been a negative response to how Bryan reacted to Hart's message.
Could also be Bret talking out of his ass and Bryan being to busy to deal with the press. D-Bry is working on Tough Enough and Bret turning his attention to Samoa Joe's supposedly reckless ring work.

Even if they declare him healthy he should take another year after that off

i couldn't believe his work rate didn't slow too much when he came back and felt another injury was almost inevitable. i know a lot of others here felt the same.
