Looks awesome I just wish his torso was a little beefier. Triple H must've had final approval on the sculpt.

I wish they had actually painted on his face paint. I know they did that to save money on paint, but this makes his HEAD look white, rather than a guy wearing actual face paint.
I wish that the head was skin colored and the white and black were painted on.
Just a suggestion.

Having owned a great deal of his Toy Biz figures, most of the paint on the nose would rub off and left an ugly spot beneath it. Maybe they were hoping to avoid that? |

In case you guys were interested, here's my Sting with fix-ups...Sheik arms, Goldust gloves, Undertaker wrist cuffs. For paint: dry brushed brown on the hair, white dotted eyes, slight gloss to the lips and a few minor B&W touch ups to the face. I like how these arms look way better. He had big arms then, arguably bigger than the ones I gave him, but they weren't so ripped and I honestly just hate that arm mold. If e35 Ortons skin tone matches, I might try to acetone the tats off and use them. In the 2nd pic, he's holding a TNA Sting bat, which looks more like an aluminum bat but is also slightly smaller in size compared to the mattel one, though it's really not noticeable. Honestly not sure which I like better, so I may just alternate for my display. Overall, this is seriously one bad a$$ figure. I can't believe we finally have Stings first WWE figure! This guy just made the wait for Hollywood Hogan even more unbearable!!   |
