I didn't have any paint issues with my two sets. Tully did have a warped left legs in both sets, but both straightened out without having to heat either and stand fine.

Ive never had any QC issues on any of my figures (except the expected staining of cloth). Both my Tully's did have the thigh gap but Ive squeezed it back together after heating them up.

I was lucky with mine. All paint aps are fairly good. I had 2 sets and the one set I broke up into singles, Arn had 1/2 an eyebrow on the right side and Ric's boot laces were pretty sloppy. I have noticed on almost all sets or any Elites with white laces on boots, the paint aps are terrible

I can find something wrong every mattel figure.all 4 of my horsemen have something wrong with them...im on my 4th Stephanie so far and all 4 have the same loose problem. 4! all super loose..its ridiculous...I want lita and charlotte but im done with divas..having to buy multiples just to find 1 decent one is no longer worth it to me..ive spent $100 on stephanies and didn't get 1 good one.. c'mon mattel! what was your problems with stephanie, i just bought 1 yesterday and ive not took out the packing yet but ive already noticed a problem with one of the heels on her shoes, as for the horsemen my pack seems pretty much perfect although i kept them MOC and im sure it may have the tully leg issue but the paint on all 4 is perfect, big thanks to @gregrules for picking me up such perfect examples of both horsemen and HOF 2 sets.

Yesterday, I grabbed my third set. The only issues I had were Tully's legs, which seem common. My newest Arn has trunks that weren't glued together. That one might actually be helpful if I need a custom.
