Again, there's my one real complaint about John Cena. He gets his knees up during his kick outs, which eliminates any suspense. Just get a shoulder up, homie.

You would think that with the performances Cesaro has put against Cena would elevated him up the card. Sadly it won't. He should definitely be doing more.
