oh how the times have changed when people get excited about seeing Steven Richards figs on the pegs lol.
that figure represents the ultimate disappointment for me because they used to flood the pegs with Hardcore Holly, Regal and street gear Austin/Rock/Taker/Triple H. Lol. The only thing that was more disappointing was during the BCA days when Jacqueline and Dr. Death figs were literally overtaking the aisles at my stores.

I was shocked/bewildered as it is at least 16 years old. I don't even think this store was open yet when this figured was released. The store first opened when the "House of Pain" set with Triple H came out. That was the first WWE figure I purchased there maybe 2 weeks to month after it opened. So was the HOP set out before or after this set?

Right 2 Censor Richards was about the only time I ever liked the guy really. It was a great gimmick.

Not surprised they have been warming shelves for years lol. I remember the local KB had one from it's released until they closed down about 6 years later. Hands down the worst shelf warm of all time.

Rulers of the Ring Series 3 came out in June of 2001, so that Steven Richards figure is now 14 years old. Man, I remember ordering ROTR Series 3 figures from Ringside Collectibles back in 2001. All of those debut TTL figures were must haves at the time.

And now everyone would mark out if Bill announced a Jaqueline or Dr Death Flashback, haha. I'd lose it if we got Doc. He's easily one of my most wanted. I'd love a BWO Richards

Seeing figures that old at retail is almost like seeing back in time for a split second.
Had to be a return.... I wonder how much of a scene they had to make just to get their way. I know this is just an assumption, but it really reinforces my hate for humanity. Lol...

I rarely preordered from RSC back then since I was just out of high school and pretty broke, but you bet I had to have him ASAP
