Good show last night. Watching Kane rolling around the floor going "ARRRRGGGGGHHHH" was great.

You know, WWE has been really putting their best foot forward the last few weeks. Battleground doesn't have the best or most exciting card in the world, but it's been built incredibly well for the most part. Raw has been very solid three straight weeks in a row, and things, in general, are totally looking up.
The triple threat match was fantastic. Seth Rollins losing his mind was fantastic. The NXT girls' debut was excellent. Lots of stuff to be excited about right now.
What's going on with Steph, though? Michael Cole made it a point to acknowledge that it was a "rare appearance", leading me to believe her days as a full-time on screen character in the Authority are pretty much over (for the time being), and she's suddenly (kind of) a babyface?
The Authority seems to be transitioning into Kane being the one in power, though they looks as thought it will change. Who knows, it's a little messy, but there's so much good going on right now that it's hard to get upset.

I watched RAW today after work. () -The opening segment, of course was great because of Paul Heyman. I liked the jab he took at Kane. Anyways, what the hell was up with Seth Rollins saying "blah blah blah" when he botched his line? I understand people botch lines, but he should have found a much better way to cover up his botch. Heck, MVP when he botched saying World Tag Team Championship in TNA did a better job at covering his botch by yelling in frustration. Rollins could have done that since he was talking about J&J Security's car. I've said for a long time, Seth Rollins is hit or miss on the mic. I mean I did like his promo, but that botch kind of ruined it from it being a great promo IMO. -Ugh, Big Show and Sheamus vs. Ryback & Randy Orton. I cringed when Michael Cole said, "Our version of the All Star Game". Really? Now I know he is being fed these lines, but come on now. Actually, I'm not even gonna blame Cole for that stupid line. The person in the back feeding him his lines, F*** off!. I skipped that match cause since I didn't watch live, I didn't have to change the channel or go walk the neighbor's dog during the match. -Why is Dean Ambrose facing Bray Wyatt in a random match on RAW? Especially since they had such an "intense" feud half a year ago. -The Divas segment. It was a great way to debut Charlotte, Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks. First, gotta give props to the Atlanta crowd for giving them a good reaction. Sasha Banks got the biggest pop, which by today's standards, was a huge pop but in the standard I'd prefer to go after, it was a good pop with Sasha. So basically it's Team Bella vs. The AntiDivas (Paige, Charlotte, Lynch) vs. Team Sasha (Sasha, Naomi, Tamina) based on how they were grouped in the ring. I really wanted someone to really smack Nikki Bella. When Paige came out, she went on the mic and talked. I'm like, "You stupid bitch, wait until her music stops to say that". I really wanted Stephanie to slap her. Now, I'm not gonna get too excited about those three debut. As good as this is for the main roster, it's bad for the NXT Women's division, because three months from now, when Sasha, Charlotte, Lynch now longer are on NXT, the Women's division consists of Bayley!!!!!, Emma!!!!, and then Dana, Alexa Bliss and Carmella. Other than Emma and Bayley, it's not as strong as having the other three around to carry the women's division. I was listening to the Don Tony and Kevin Castle Show at work this morning, and I gotta agree with Kevin Castle when he said that Charlotte should be wearing better shorts. I'm looking forward to what happens with this storyline. Once Sasha, Charlotte and Becky all go on their own, that's when I'll start judging. IMO, I think Sasha Banks has the better chance of succeeding on the main roster. Her charcter just screams top divas heel on the main roster. Charlotte, well she's got the fact that her father is Ric Flair, so they;ll push her good based on that. Becky Lynch, I'm a little worried about, but I'll wait and see. Oh, I almost forgot, I love the spot when Charlotte, Becky and Sasha all had their submission holds on Team Bella. -Wasn't Mark Henry a heel a couple of weeks ago? Now he's teaming with the Prime Time Players? He's another guy I'd like to retire or go. The match was good for what it was. -King Barrett vs R-Truth again? What is this, like the hundredth time they wrestled each other. I don't see Barrett going anywhere at this point. He'll be stuck at limbo and honestly he'd be one of the first guys I'd release to make room on the main roster. -Rusev and Summer Rae just doesn't fit together. I wish there was a double turn with Rusev turning face and Ziggler turning heel by dumping Lana and aligning himself with Summer. Anyways, again gotta give props to the Atlanta crowd for giving Cesaro and Owens great pops. I think Cesaro got a bigger reaction than Owens. Oh, Owens was gold on the mic tonight. The Triple Threat match between them was incredible, despite Owens leaving the match half way through, but it made sense. -Man I love Lita. She looks great. Anyways, why the hell are they doing the introduction of the cast of Tough Enough.......two weeks after the show started? -Why the f*** is Cody Rhodes still doing the Stardust gimmick? I heard an idea from last night that I would love to see. Cody Rhodes coming out, AS CODY RHODES, goes on the mic and talks about how just once, he's going to make it big in the WWE for his father. Then Kevin Owens comes out and goes like, "Boo hoo, who cares" or something like that, starting a feud between these two for the US Title if Owens wins the title. The match was good. -I liked the contract signing. Hopefully Lesnar in storyline breaking Kane's ankle means that he's going to retire and work backstage, but that's way too much wishful thinking.

I just felt it didn't need to happen, so I skipped it. Thanks for reminding me that the match never happened.
