Show retire. Henry retire. Kane goes back to demon and has one last run before retiring.

I say all of this with my personal bias aside. I feel it is unfair that Kane gets grouped with them simply because they came from the same time period. Henry is doing nothing and really could hang it up, but he isn't used in a way that makes me loathe seeing him. He is just used as match filler now and again. He has no prominence as he is in a reduced role and does not prevent others from having TV time etc.
Kane however still has a lot to give in the ring, in promos/entertainment and enhancing other talent. The guy is still in great shape and has such great detail when it comes to mannerisms and promos that actually goes largely undetected by most people. The corporate Kane role hasn't let him be what the audience wants but those moments where he snaps, everyone eats it up and it seems he is destined to go back to the masked role since which as people like JR have said, is his most bankable form. Kane can still go and still has more to offer. Plus you are assured he will always help younger talent, he must be a locker room leader of sorts backstage. At least at this point in his career, Kane does his absolute best to enhance others while also still performing his role as best he can. He did say he feels great and can keep going and will so long as he performs to a good standard.
Big Show however, is still actively hogging spotlight racking up clean victories over newer guys in roles absolutely none of us care for. Its either insane monster mode or crying for his job back and rotates that frequently. The attraction that a big man should be (like Big Show) has expired given his constant push despite nobody actually caring because of the ridiculous amount of turns he has. The fact is that his storylines bounces between those two stereotypes and we've all seen enough of that to last us.
I feel it is unfair Kane is grouped with the others simply because they came from the same time. Each of them add or detract in such different ways. Theres no denying Kane has the MOST to offer of the 3, hands down and by a mile. That's why after all this time they've trusted putting Kane in a role of such prominence in the Authority and to help build up Rollins. By a long mile, he has much more variety than the others.

Kane at least has a role to play. Big Show and Mark Henry are just there. Big Show and Mark Henry haven't done anything relevant in recent years

Pretty interesting statistic though, considering all are 'giants' and have had such longevity...
I have no opinion on what they should or shouldn't do; not my call...

I actually like each of them still. Henry bores me, but I kinda still like him. I want to say he has place still.. Show is fine, but he should have stayed babyface and just coasted till retirement. Kane is great, still. Character has evolved a lot and doesn't feel out of place to me.

I wouldn't quit either. I just can't stand Henry and Show at this point they are no threat. Kane was always one of my favorites, they should really do something to hia character perhaps give him his mask back? Nvm, they could just together and form a j.o.b squad.

Kane is one of my favorite wrestlers. Keep him. Henry I like only if he is doing something worthwhile at the time.

Kane proved he can still go at The Beast In The East.
Big Show proved he can still go at Extreme Rules.
Mark Henry, I don't know.
I like all three guys, it's just the way they are booked. Kane as a manager or authority figure suits him.
Big Show as a dominant face or heel suits him but not one month "Hey kids I'm uncle Big Show haha!" Then two weeks later "YOU'VE NEVER SEEN ANYONE AS VICIOUS AS ME!"
Mark Henry I feel is best suited to a tag team. I had an idea for him and Swagger to become The New Real Americans. We all know about Swagger's history and Henry with the Olympics, perfect fit. Although I think Jack has left so there goes that idea.

I don't HATE any of them, but I probably wouldn't miss them if they were to retire soon.
Out of the 3, Big Show is probably my favorite though.

They're all okay but should be used far less than they are. Big Show tends to have roughly one classic match a year. Kane has pretty much none. Henry's been pretty much useless since late 2013. The main problem with them all is they wrestle too much and they lose too much. Because of their attitude era longevity, WWE seems to think they're bulletproof. So they can lose fifty times in a row but we're still supposed to buy them as UNSTOPPABLE SCARY GIANT MONSTER the next week.
That said, they all have star power and should be part of the company. I liked Henry with the PTPs on Raw. I'd enjoy seeing him being their mentor in backstage skits etc and occasionally teaming with them in six-man matches.

You have a point. WWE is a business and they are obviously going to keep guys like Show, Henry and especially Kane for their many hard years of loyal work.
In terms of who entertains me, obviously I'm still into Kane and I think he's the best of the three by a huge margin. I used to love Big Show but I've soured on him over the last few years. Him being a big baby was one of the worst things I've ever seen. It's not his fault but damn. Henry is just kind of there and I don't really think he's stealing any spotlight; he has always been a Mid Carder pretty much.
But like KIDM said, it's unfair to group them together just because they came from the same time frame.

Kane can stay as long as he wants. Show and Henry can go though.

mark Henry can still go. He just needs one more push and during that push he can put over the next rising star

I respect all three of those guys. All will be in the Hall of Fame someday. Henry and Show have done a lot but I have lost all interest in their characters. Kane is still strong enough and his character can still produce quality entertainment, Kane can stick around as long as he would like. The other two should seriously consider retiring.

I don't think Big Show has been used properly in 15 years.
We shouldn't be seeing Big Show wrestle in the hardcore division or on TV every week.
Big Show should've been a special attraction since day 1. Kind of like Lesnar is now...

Agreed dude big show had the potential to be the greatest monster ever in wrestling, a potential 10 year storyline, David and Goliath sorta stuff. Daniel Bryan maybe as David.
