It is what it is at this point, I'm not gonna lose sleep over it.

It is what it is at this point, I'm not gonna lose sleep over it. You will if I keep calling you at all hours of the day and night just to bother you about it.

...so why run with it in the first place? God's Last Gift and Paroxysm are there for the taking...
...but no, those moves came from the 'minor leagues' so he can't do them...
*pfft*

A true curb stomp is violent and fatal. Promoting its likeness to millions, including children, seems absurd. I get what he's saying here. Stick to hitting each other with sledgehammers kids. REMEMBER KIDS! Anytime you use a sledgehammer make sure to use to your hand to cover the head piece upon impact!

I can't argue with the logic but it still sucks

It was more likely a PR reason to pull the move, not a practical one.

Eh, I've already mourned the loss of it, I'm not going to bring the memories back. Good to see it's finally been announced why it's gone.

Seth's explanation for why they banned the curb stomp is a microcosm for everything that is wrong with American society today.

I watched Cena do a powerbomb on Raw 2 weeks ago, a move that's killed numerous people. I'm just really annoyed with this ban.

It was literally the best finisher in years. It's ing wrestling. More people have been injured and even died from dropkicks than they have from the curb stomp. Change the name if you have to, but just use the move. It was the most badass finisher ever. So legitimate as a threat I guess...

He means the actual violent act of a curb stomp... not the wrestling move. Couldn't they have called it something else then? Blackout and Peace Of Mind have been 2 previous Names... I wonder why they even changes that.

A great, realistic and unique finisher was banned because kids might do it to eachother when all the blame should be directed right at the parents if they did. I'm sick of the WWE being blamed for everything from kids rough housing to people being killed. How about griffin parents do there job and tell there kids not to do it instead of blame the WWE when something bad happens.

That excuse make zero sense and ill explain why in two words:
Brogue Kick.
The Brogue kick is more dangerous even as a "work" move, Sheamus stiffs the hell out of people and kicks heads left and right. Whereas the curb stomp is an illusion of a move where we can all see hes pulling the stomp and not actually hurting anyone.

If I was a kid during this era of wrestling.. I'd definitely try the curb stomp in the yard with my friends. And if something would go horribly wrong Nancy Grace will blame WWE

I tolerate the explanation but there was LITERALLY nothing wrong with the way he did it. If PR's worried about kids trying the move in an unsafe and unprofessional environment, they have bigger fish to fry. Legit ANY move done outside a controlled environment has a chance of ing up and hurting someone.
