She fell victim to writing change from NXT to the main roster. She lost a ton of her uniqueness and ended up under a typical Diva archetype.
In the ring she falls victim to a lackluster group of opponents. Despite that there's still people like you and me that shake themselves awake simply because Paige is on TV, be it for her looks or to see what she'll do.
Hoping after this NXT invasion subsides we get Paige vs. Becky, Sasha, Charlotte, Natalya, Emma, and eventually Bayley for the Divas Title. Then we won't have much to complain about her.

I was never big on Paige or her other character Britney Knight. When she popped up in Shimmer I wasn't really impressed. Everyone was excited for her and got on the band wagon and I just occasionally paid attention to her. I'm not downing her or anything. I just never understood the hype. When they are female wrestlers out there like Cheerleader Melissa, Amazing Kong, Kellie Skater, Candice LeaRae.
Also, I never liked AJ Lee at all. I liked her look at one point with the different colored punk rock tights but other than that I never saw anything in her I liked. Once she started the crazy gimmick, I did lose interest.

It's always the "it's because she has bad opponenents" excuse with Paige. Nikki, Brie, Natalya, Alicia, Emma, etc aren't bad opponents. Paige is just sloppy. The spot calling, her bad matches, the awful moves they're are all on her own faults.

Agreed.
She was great then the RAW after Wrestlemania I feel like she got a Voodoo curse put upon her.
Especially on Tough Enough she is a complete bitch

When she was on NXT, she had good matches with Emma, Summer Rae, Alicia Fox and even Tamina, who are still with her on the main roster now. Hell, even on the main roster she's had some pretty good ones with Naomi, Alicia, Natalya and really good ones with Nikki. Her lack of chemistry with AJ was definitely disappointing and since coming back from doing that movie, her ring work has been pretty bad. The only person she seems to do anything good with is Nikki. It's like the fact that the Diva get booked like trash or something just caused her motivation to just disappear. It's like she's going through the motions and not caring much, similar to AJ's final few months with the company. Hopefully, everyone steps their game up with the NXT girls coming up. |

Total divas is fake and scripted and Tough Enough has a lot of scripts in it aswell.
As for her wrestling it's not her fault it's the way she's being booked plain and simple and if she's getting buried by Nikki Bella every week how is she meant to look good. On NXT she was the anti diva and had awesome matches but the bookers just are treating her like crap. |

Oh yeah? Tell me all about which main roster Diva is having great matches, inserted in great storylines, and comes off as totally awesome on Total Divas.... come on now. Vince McMahon is still confused how all these women got so far from the kitchen and ended up on Raw, but that's not going to stop him from taking 14 year old Johnny from 6 to midnight. Paige was great in NXT, everyone loved her down there and she had awesome matches. Nothing has changed about her but the platform she's on each week. You do the math, or don't, I don't give a  honestly. |

"This is my house" is my most hated phrase in WWE right now. But, to be fair, 'Fearless' is too. Ok, Paige you've been here for 10 minutes sit down. And Nikki, fighting the same woman for 280 odd days doesn't make you fearless... it makes you boring! I'm a Nikki fan, somewhat anyway, but good lord whoever comes up with this crap needs to get fired.

I've been saying it since the beginning. She's cool and all but she's fairly overrated. You're right, she's been pretty bad since WM. But to be fair, the whole division has been pitiful. Now that they are doing this NXT call up angle I hope her and the rest of the division start performing better. It's not a good look on the divas division when everybody was yelling at Vince to give them a chance, he did(to a degree), and then they failed to run away with the opportunity. Although that's on the writers as well.
