My dad, brother, and myself were all it total shock when this happened. It was great and in my opinion the most shocking moment in wrestling history. If Cena ever turns heel it would never make this type of an impact for many reasons (heck the fans would probably cheer louder than they ever have for him in the past if/when he turns heel).
