So we all love the old WCW Sting Sprite commercial....however for some odd reason I have never noticed until today that he has weird Face paint on....has anyone else noticed? I have searched online to find an answer as to why but come up with nothing....HELP!!!

he was wearing that type of facepaint for a bit in, I think 2000 maybe? I do remember seeing a PPV where had a design like that, so the reason is likely the simplest - it's how he looked at the time he was hired for the commercial.

I loved this commercial back in the day
Think about it and how times have changed...
A guy with a painted face shows up to a boys house and asks if he wants to wrestle...he then proceeds to beat the ever loving sh** out of the kid and that kid grows up to be shot and killed by Bill Dauterive in a Kevin Smith movie
