Shocked Luke Cage is cancelled. Iron Fist I was expecting but this is a shock. Maybe there is truth to the rumors that Disney is trying to find a loophole to move all these shows to their streaming service in a few years.

You sure about that, all of Marvel Netflix is TV-MA. Not only that but Netflix was funding the shows. So I'd expect reboot on Disney or just not continuing on streaming service. All R and TV-MA is going to Hulu.

Finished S3 of DD this morning. Absolutely perfect. Favorite season of the Netflix shows, and one of my favorite seasons of TV, period. All I can say is, assuming it's not cancelled too, waiting for S4 is gonna be really, really hard for me.

Had stupid question. Found answer.
Anyway, bought Infinity War DVD the other day. Got tired of waiting for Walmart.com to make it available for store pickup and just paid the extra $2. After watching my Walking Dead seasons I'll probably go thru the MCU before watching it, to solidify my rankings for them.

As long as Netflix keeps Punisher and Daredevil, I'm content. I would love Heroes for Hire for at least one season and see what people think about it. Iron Fist and Luke Cage were both considerably better than their first seasons imo. I guess it doesn't matter if people aren't watching. Daredevil just knocked the cover off the ball and sent it out to orbit with Season 3. Quite frankly, if the show ends and I don't get to see DD in the ing suit again I'm going to be extremely pissed. Plus, I think they absolutely need to tell the Bullseye/Elektra story with this cast. I don't expect any of these shows to end up on Disney's streaming service. So my hope is that what is left of this group gets to keep going for as long as possible. Although, if Disney actually wants to compete with Netflix then they're going to have to offer adult programming. So I guess Disney's actual approach is yet to be seen. I like the MCU and all but I don't want Punisher and Daredevil dealing in a world without unbridled violence.

Supposedly all the TV-MA content will be going to Hulu, since they also own 60% of that now. So, conceivably, they could just move all the shows over there if Netflix were to cancel them. I have my doubts that they would, though. Anyway, the DD showrunner said that they're unsure if it will get a S4. I'll go nuclear if it doesn't, but I have a feeling all the Marvel shows will get the axe from Netflix.

It really sucks but that's exactly what it is. I did snag the defenders five pack though worrying it'd be gone.

Pretty much. The Marvel shows aren't alone, though - Netflix are chopping tons of stuff that is produced by other studios. Really disappointed in the direction they've gone in the last couple years, even if it's not totally their fault due to everyone raising their licensing fees for them.

Snagged Ant-Man 2 for $15 off Walmart's site thru their same-day pickup service. Was a little concerned about it not being ready before I left my store but by the time I got a haircut nearby and made my way to Electronics I had my confirmation.
Officially caught up with MCU movies on DVD.

I'm not ready to see Captain Marvel and/or Avengers 4 dedicated to the memory of Stan Lee.
