Well I believe X-Men: DP is absolutely wretched. Audience scores & Box office make it the worst reviewed X movie to date....1st X movie to not crack a 50 mill opening weekend too. Genuinely looking forward to seeing what Disney does with this franchise and how they introduce the entire concept of mutants etc. I had a free credit for a movie over the weekend and there was nothing I wanted to see that I hadn’t already seen so I went to Dark Phoenix and even going free I still feel ripped off. Some really bad cgi and the story was just dull. The “major” death felt forced and had no emotion to it and Magneto’s “change of heart” was stupidly predictable. It’s just as bad, if not worse than Last Stand. Aside from the obvious similaritys? There was a kit similar to TLS. Also that death was 100% given away in the trailer.

Really disappointed that Dark Phoenix is getting awful reviews but not unexpected. Sad that First Class was such a great film and it seems to have just gone downhill since then. First Class was great, Days of Future Past was good, Apocalypse was bad, and this sounds awful.

I didn’t watch any trailers for it because I had no interest haha that’s stupid that they spoiled the death in the previews but doesn’t shock me

First Class was great, Days of Future Past was good, Apocalypse was bad, and this sounds awful. First Class, DOFP, and X2 are the only good ones, imo. Unless you count Logan and Deadpool 1&2 but I don’t really classify them under “X-Men” movies

I liked the first X-Men movie too and The Wolverine.
But Origins was a mess.. Apocalypse underwhelming aside from the beginning and X3 well.... Whoo boy.
Love X2 & DOFP

I'm probably the only person in the world that didn't really like "Logan". It was okay, but nothing something I'd ever rewatch.

Endgame coming back into cinemas soon with some extra after credits stuff. It's blatantly a last ditch push to overtake Avatar as the highest grossing film but I don't mind. I never got around to viewing it a second time so I'll probably go.

With the Fox X-Men franchise soon to be laid to rest, I have mixed feelings.
Still love the first two and I think both hold up well (besides for Cyclops getting the shaft). We had a few movies after this that were total duds (X3 and Origins) before getting two good movies in First Class and The Wolverine. I loved DOFP and Deadpool and thought we were gonna start seeing more consistent quality films like in the MCU, but then we got Apolalypse (I can rant forever about this one). We got Logan and Deadpool 2 next, which I love both, but then ended with DP.
I’ll miss some elements of this franchise but overall am glad that Marvel now has it to give the X-Men a proper live movie treatment.

I enjoyed part of the F0X-Men films too. But I'm ready. Time to figure out how to cross Deadpool over and start from scratch with everyone else.
I just finished Jessica Jones season 3 and I really liked it. I liked it more than season two.

Gooood lord. I just got to see FFH. Without posting any spoilers, there’s definitely some interesting setups coming out of this movie! I’m not sure what all the relationship is between Sony and Marvel, but I look forward to seeing how these Spiderman stories play out going forward!

Really enjoyed it and some genuine funny moments that I laughed at. It was only slightly overdone, but I really do love the comic relief of Peter's life with his dorky teachers and classmates playing against all the action. They made them all pretty likeable and actually looking forward to their involvement with the story going forward. I am trying to think what they will go with for a new villain for the next one, but whatever they do I think they'll actually turn the tables a bit and have Keaton's Vulture maybe redeeming himself and helping Spider-Man out against whatever they set up. Not sure if they'll try to still keep the 'Home' theme going with the title too lol. 'Welcome Home' maybe I don't know lol.

What I can see happening with Spiderman, as far as villains go: Between the two post-credit scene of Homecoming and now Far From Home too, we already have Vulture, Scorpion, Mysterio (if he’s still alive) knowing who Spiderman is now, along with the whole world now. I heard rumors of Norman Osborne being introduced in this movie, but that didn’t happen. I could see the next movie introducing more villains from the Sinister Six, possibly even Osborne, and as a post-credit scene, have them all meet up.

Really enjoyed Spidey. I got such joy from a portion of the mid credit scene.

Just got back from watching Spider-man, I though it was good but nothing amazing. My favorite part was the illusion scene, felt like I was seeing a comic book live. However I most likely won't be seeing it a 2nd time, like Dr. Strange once is a enough for me.

I definitely enjoyed Spider-Man FFH. It was pretty enjoyable, that mid-credit scene was a rollar-coaster of emotions lol but itll be interesting to see where they go from here.

I enjoyed FFH but think Homecoming was the better film. Jake did great as Mysterio but after seeing how big of a threat Thanos was it was a huge step back villain-wise in the final sequence. I think we needed that after Avengers, but it still seemed alittle anti-climactic. I’m interested to see where they go with the mid-credit scene though.

I liked it, but I think it's one of the movies I'll like more the more I see it. Probably wait a week or two and try to see it again. I do wish the scene from the trailer wasn't cut out. And I think they missed a big opportunity... When Mysterio was messing with Peter's mind, I thought that would have been a great time to show us Uncle Ben. Maybe a flashback or even have Peter visualizing him berating Peter. Something/anything to acknowledge Uncle Ben more than a suitcase with his initials.

Just watched Spider Man - FFH
Honestly would give it 2 thumbs down, but I do love Tom Holland and the guys who play MJ and Ned
Extremely disappointed to say the least.
3 duds in 2019 for Marvel Studios (IMO not in the box office lol)
