Cameras haven't even started rolling yet! This movie is still in pre production, you've already given it a death sentence.. To be such a big fan of Gambit you sure want a movie centered on the character to fail miserably.. It doesn't make any sense. It's not as much want as it is expect. You can't cast someone who doesn't embody any of the physical characteristics of the character and expect this to turn out as anything but bastardised. You mean like Hugh Jackman?

But you dont know what the character will look like?! They will obviously tailor the characters look to Tatum and honestly I dont see why he doesn't fit. People said the same thing about Affleck not looking like Batman/Wayne, and now everyone is eating their words; people said the same about Chris Evans going into Cap, and now 5 years later, he's one of the top Marvel commodities; people said the same about Michael Keaton in 1988 and he proved everyone wrong. If tailored, Tatum could easily LOOK like the character, and with his passion for the character, I dont see why he couldn't embody the actual character itself too. I didn't say either of those things about Affleck or Evans. There are many actors that could have pulled Gambit off. Tatum isn't one of them. He's simply not right for the part.

I understand where @cabbageconkers is coming from to be honest. I don't 100% feel his dislike for Tatum but I understand it.
He is a fan of Gambit and not of Tatum(sorry if Im off about that)...its very easy to understand this. My friend Aoife is exactly the same.....she despises this casting choice as she LOVES Gambit but hates the sight of Tatum in movies.

James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender have apparently signed on for more X-Men films.. Which is a very positive sign.
Unless Fox still plans on moving forward with the Fantastic Four/X-Men crossover.. In which I'm giving up on the X-Men franchise all together.

I gotta say, while a lot of things about the FF reboot haven't sounded good (especially the BTS stuff), I'm actually kinda motivated to see it. I've read some good basic reviews, most better than AOU. Honestly, I think it has been hated on too much because everyone else was hating it; sort of like a bandwagon thing. I won't see it opening night, but maybe on the weekend. I'd like it to be good to shut the haters up.

Just because the majority agree that this movie looks terrible doesn't mean it's a bandwagon.

Marvel should legitimately sue Fox for damaging their brand. A movie as bad as FF could do irreparable damage to the Fantastic Four brand.

I hope its terrible so that fox will sell back the rights to marvel Wish xmen could go back, but that won't happen

Chief "Average 4 vs Blogger Doom" hater right here......and no amount of reviewers kissing Fox & Trank's ass will make me like it. Its an absolute mutilation of a property that I love and Trank/ Jordans attitudes stink.

I can not get enough of Michael Fassbender as Magneto. So glad him and McAvoy re-signed for more films.

wow, they're doing the civil war storyline?! that's badass. cap gets my vote. It's not necessarily the Civil War storyline, more so just using Civil War as a tag line for the film and Cap/Iron Man feud.

Anybody expecting the Civil War storyline is bound for disappointment IMO.
Most of these appearances in Cap III will be no more than cameos I'm betting.......and the stinger at the end of Ant Man IMO is crucial to where this movie is headed.
We will have a better notion in October Id say when we get the first trailer.

I bet he wont be Hulk in it though. If he is? Its a mistake on MS part. I feel that since Gen. Ross is set to be in CW that it's pretty much a guarantee we'll be seeing the Red Hulk at least. Also, Miles Teller Defends "Fantastic Four". LMAO! I have never seen a movie that had to be defended so much by it's actors. And to top it all off, he hasn't even seen it yet! Like WTF!?! He says it might not be critically well received. Yeah, no ing sh*t! Go back to pre-school and piss off.

I don't think we will see him man. But I've been wrong before.....but I really hope I'm not this time.
