He's always been on the Network. It's the Hall of Fame section of WWE.com that he's back on.
For what it's worth, Curtis Axel's "Axelmania" render is also back on the roster page.

I don't think he was ever off the network, because when I heard about Roddy passing I wanted to watch some Piper and I am pretty sure there were some Piper vs Hogan options on there.

Lol. I am pretty sure I did watch him on the network since this happened. If anything it was like Benoit where his matches were there but you couldn't type his name in the search.

Lol. I am pretty sure I did watch him on the network since this happened. If anything it was like Benoit where his matches were there but you couldn't type his name in the search. I watched the July 4th 2002 Smackdown last week where he teamed with Edge against Billy and Chuck. He was definitely on there. |

I counted 2 Hogans during Piper's tribute. I noticed that as well. Hopefully they are rethinking things. Sure Hulk said some bad things.. but their reaction and what they did to it was abit extreme.. |

The Network needs to produce a Hogan documentary about how he comes back from this.
They could send him to anger management and sensitivity training, then show archival footage of him loving all peoples.
Then they could have him explain in his own words how he was in a dark place then. They could bring Brooke on and have her talk about how she was turning on him and driving him crazy.
Then they could send him to some black churches and have him beg for forgiveness. It would be great if he cried or something.
