Hall of Fame head and torso. Perfect 90's Hogan.
Shield black gloves. I prefer to leave the wrist peg skin tone.
R3 legs, match the skinnier legs of Hall of Fame, though you lose some articulation.
RA Classic Superstars boots, bandanna, Hollywood weightlifting belt.
Late 90's WCW shirt.
Knees and calves from Slaughter. Perfect fit with R3 thighs.
Batista sunglasses.
The hardest part is prepping the boots. Need to cut them out cleanly and drill holes so that Mattel pegs can fit in.
The only loss in articulation is in the hips, but no different than a basic figure.
Paint the face with the stubble.

That looks really good especially considering it's got so many Jakks pieces. Nice job!

Thank you! But I didn't paint the Lightning. R3 Hollywood Hogan legs from 2002.

Wow. Skills! If Mattel never released Hollywood Hogan, I think I'd easily get over if if I had this guy. Great work.

That is really really good. Nice job. All the parts go so well together. It actually looks like an official figure.

I think I might have to part this out and make one of these bad boys myself. The loss of hip articulation is a small price to pay to finally have Hollywood. Spectacular job!

Are there any figures that have black cutoff gloves? Not MMA gloves.

I have made a Hollywood Hogan but didn't do the stubble yet as I am not sure what color to use.
