I know Foley decided not to renew his Legends contract about a year ago, so I'm sure we can rule out any new figures of him in the near future. did he not re sign recently, that's what I hears anyway plus his Basic was re released recently.

Honky Tonk Man Roddy Piper
Bill has said that Andre's contract was running out (just before we got his last figure) so unless it was re-upped Im sure he is done. Bill has also said Magnum TA wasnt under contract any longer. WWE obviously terminated Roddy Piper & Hulk Hogans contracts. Honky Tonk Man's changes every other week so nobody really knows. Those are the only ones that have been confirmed in any way. We're also assuming that Legends/Mattel figures are one in the same as well. They might have a Legends contract but no figure contract and vice versa. Piper not having a legends contract anymore before his death are completely false. His legend's contract is alive and well.

Why would Piper's contract be terminated? If he had a legends deal I am sure it would just carry over to his estate. Also we just got a brand new LOD so I don't know why they would be up too. All you can really do is speculate since I am sure their are many different kinds of contracts and different things that go into them.

We're clearly getting a Santa Foley figure. The threads wouldn't be deleted if we weren't. I'm pretty sure that was a condition of his signing a deal.

Its a been a tough year for MDT, as in 2014 they no longer can make figures of CM Punk or Rey, and now Hogan. Wether your a fan of those 3 or not, all 3 were some of the best selling figures that reached various age demographics and had tons of attire choices. Punk and Rey had more than 10 Elites and god knows how many basics in the 4 years they were under contract, and Hogan had 4 elites and 2 basics in 6 months .

LOD was confirmed by Bill, which is why we got the battle pack as their last hurrah.

we really don't know the answer...as ppl are signed and dropped probably all the time.
last year it was said that some of the flashbacks were made because their contracts were expiring, IE: e28 Crush, e29 Andre and e31 Vader.
and pretty sure Dave Meltzer had confirmed with WWE that Piper was never released from his legends contract.

....what's Goldberg's status? I mean, we haven't had a Mattel figure of him in the 5+ years - even though he hasn't been with the TNA, UFC or any competition. I was certain we'd be getting one, once his DVD had come out...
