If it's just glue then you can rub some goof off onto it carefully with a q-tip. Problem solved.

Not RSC fault, def a Mattel issue. That being said, RSC sold and shipped the figure to you. They know most of their business is w collectors, not kids who are going to be banging around w these figs. Who ever boxed up your Steph at the RSC warehouse should have spotted that. RSC should be able to send those kind of figs back to Mattel. I usually have no complaints w RSC. They are great. When ever their is an issue they usually come through. Just not when it comes to this. I had an Elite DBRyan sent to me from RSC and he was missing his nose. It was just broken off in the box. Why would they even send me that?? Same thing, my only option was to return mine, and reorder a new one. Wtf kind of solution is that. Mattel passed the problem on to RSC then RSC passes the problem to us?! I don't mind RSC charging extra so we the collector can get the figs early, but please don't let them be damaged.
So now it defeats the whole purpose of the pre order. It defeats the whole purpose of RSC if you have to now hunt for a Steph at retail, pray u find one, then return ur damaged one to the retail store.
I for one would never pack a damaged figure for shipment. Come on RSC we expect more from u guys.

RSC customer service is terrible. I received a RSC Rock from them with white unfinished paint blotches on his face and they basically told me if I sent it back to them they "might" bother to look for another one, but most likely not.

So an item like this wouldn't get replaced through them, instead you should contact Mattel's customer service.

Mattels customer service will only offer u a voucher for a new dog. Good luck finding the Steph u want.
I still say it's RSC who should rectify the issue. They should stand by the product they sell and not put their name on damaged goods

I would just keep it and wait until she shows up at retail. Then you can buy her there and return that botched one.

That's bullcrap. Especially if you're a MOC collector.
It seems like everyone will have an experience like this at least once when you order from Ringside. I got an E34 Rusev with wonky eyes and didnt even bother with RSC because I already knew if was gonna be some long BS and hassle. I just waited until E34 hit retail and bought another one, then returned the crappy RSC error fig. Which I shouldnt have had to do since I open most of my stuff. So it kind of defeated the purpose of paying more to get it early. But whatever.
All in all, I totally agree that Ringside needs to get better quality control. Why they would box figures with poor paint jobs, glue errors, or missing a nose like someone said earlier is not cool. It only would take them a few extra seconds to glance at the toy before placing it in the box before shipping. Obviously they have a closer relationship than we do with Mattel, so they should be the ones returning blemished figs for vouchers!!

I pre order every Elite set from Ringside and have regularly since Elite 18. I had an issue with my Elite 34 Doink's hand being super loose about to pop off. I was offered to send it back at my own cost and get a loose one shipped back to me in return. I wasn't a fan of that customer service at all and decided after the hassle it was just easier to purchase a new Doink as there is no telling what condition the Doink they would send me would be in, especially if it was used in their YouTube videos.
