Finn Balor, The Next Paul Heyman Guy?

I think Paul is really talented, but as time goes on, as a personality/character, I think he's more and more of a one trick pony. He's great with Brock, but did nothing for Curtis, derailed Cesaro, was marginal with Ryback and only decent wih Punk. (im sure I'm not the only one who's mentioned this). I feel like Paul would kill any of the mystique or natural babyface momentum of Balor.
