Who's still there then? Kev? Conair? Ben Urich? I know Ben Urich still tweets things sometimes. His wife passed away unfortunately Aw man, that's awful. I always liked chatting with Ben, hope he's ok wherever he is now. Who's still there then? Kev? Conair? Ben Urich? ‘Kev, Conair, Wells, Me, Ryan, Dante, and Rob are still regulars. Pimp and some of the others pop in sometimes still. Bens long gone. Man, those names throw up some memories. I used to be Jamie F on there. |

I wonder how many of the members we remember that aren't here anymore have died. im good friends with Gonzo Customs, we even got to meet up several times while i was visiting family in texas. Gonzo is an original member from 2001 or 2002 when afr closed. just a couple weeks ago he had several Ha's out of no where, but they were able to put a stent in and hes been feeling great since. They think it might have been from covid, as he had it but had no symptoms. The other guy in the Spider/Quirk incident is a wrestler in my area who's still semi-active today. He and his tag-team partner are frequent flyers with my local indie of choice. I didn't start going to their shows til 2016, and I'd known about the Quirk thing for a while but didn't know the other guy involved and was shocked to find out it was him. Occasionally you'll get the odd edge-lord who tries to bring it up and make him out to be a murderer or something because wrestling fans are filth.

Danny Quirk was a great guy. I still have the Hasbro MOC Hogan 3 that he Sold to me instead of a higher offer because he could tell that I wanted it more. I used to love his Hasbro customs. I’d check that site regularly. It sucks that a cool guy like that got taken by a stroke of terrible luck.

Just went a little further down the Danny Quirk rabbit hole. The promoter of that show passed away about six years ago. He's a New England Pro Wrestling Hall of Famer who was apparently trained by Killer Kowalski (or at least at the Kowalski school).
