You left out the part about people blowing it getting locked out of proportion. And the part about people crying about change when it is unlocked. And blowing it out of proportion when a new thread is created instead of the old one being unlocked. Otherwise pretty solid list. tbh, I don't see no reason why we need two separate threads: Banter, from the moment I first posted here, was for everything. Anything you wanted to talk about. And there is no reason, nor does it take much effort, to delete said controversial posts and unlock the thread. But I'm not going to say anything no one else hasn't already said. Because Sims talk prohibits actual conversation when it is constantly spammed. How is it such a big deal for it to be posted in its own thread. Banter is just a general chat. When one topic becomes so dominant it drowns out other talk it needs its own area. How is that such an awful thing or a hard concept to get? Like what about having Sims talk in a separate thread hurts banter in any way? It doesn't. |
