With one of my recent purchases, the seller sent me a message alongside the shipping confirmation, saying there was a hold on payment from Ebay/PayPal and asking me to confirm shipment. First time I've encountered this. After reading up on it, this does occur when sellers are new and/or have under 100 ratings(which is the case), and the seller will receive $$$ after delivery.
Is there anything a buyer can do to facilitate the fulfillment of payment, or is the seller stuck with the process?

I'm a new seller, and my first few sales were put on hold by PayPal, but I never had to involve my buyers. I simply entered shipping numbers for all my deliveries, so once they hit "delivvered", PP released my funds. |
