Spent the entire evening/a good part of the night at the animal hospital. We have a dog that has really bad seizures and now our small dog is having spine/back problems. Not looking for a ton of sympathy responses, just needed a place to vent. F*ck this year.

My mom witnessed him having two seizures and she was absolutely terrified when she heard him fall over. She said it was very scary since we never had a dog have a seizure before. Thankfully I never witnessed him have a seizure, I would have been in full panic mode. |

My mom witnessed him having two seizures and she was absolutely terrified when she heard him fall over. She said it was very scary since we never had a dog have a seizure before. Thankfully I never witnessed him have a seizure, I would have been in full panic mode. She’s had them since we rescued her about 8 years ago. Most are very small, but lately they’ve been bad. It sucks. |

She’s had them since we rescued her about 8 years ago. Most are very small, but lately they’ve been bad. It sucks. sorry to hear bud, doggos are the best. hope they feel better and soon. |

I was going to say, the only dog I'd ever been around with seizures was a Dalmatian, and it was terrifying every time. |

Both of my Dalmatians are long gone. I miss them every day. |

No idea where else to post this and don't want to make a whole thread. Figured the banter folk would enjoy it. Saturday night I had the house to myself and listened to some YouTube stand-up comedy compilations as I cleaned the house a bit. Norm MacDonald, Mitch Hedberg, Bill Burr, etc.
Around midnight my wife got home from her work party. 4 minutes after that I had 4 cops on my back deck surprising us. Turns out someone called in a domestic disturbance thinking Bill Burr screaming about his girlfriend was me. That was a fun time.
