The cliff notes of my head canon would be that the Gribbles moved away to pursue Nancy's tv career in a bigger market. Nancy leaves Dale and Joseph soon after and father and son go back to Arlen. Dale Gribble goes out in a zany Dale Gribble fashion (though consequences from pesticide use would fit I suppose). Like JC Motors put it, Joseph continues on with the conspiracy talk and exterminator business, which he does pretty well. Did You just confuse me with JC? But that would fit in really well with past seasons. Nancy did have a short stint in Dallas as a news anchor and Dale was warned to stop using pesticides or he'll die. Thought it was an open mic deal lol. Wanted to give him credit for the Joseph angle though. Yeah that's the episode I based this on. It showed Nancy's career ambitions were kept in check because of Dale's antics. If his craziness suddenly was gaining Nancy some secondhand popularity, wouldn't that feed her ego? Like how she went from weather gal to newsanchor, I feel she'd again pivot to more of a opinion commentator to capitalize on that new fame. |

A big box of T-shirts broke open at work this week. No invoice & the shipping label had fallen off. It's for a Danish metal band called Cabal. I think they're on tour in the U.S. at the moment. I don't have social media. Is there any way someone can reach out to them & let them know?
