What should WWE do with mark Henry? I have been a fan of his for quite a while and I'm tired of seeing him job every week on raw. As a legend and 18 year veteran he needs to be treated with more respect

There's not much left for him to do. Maybe he can do something in a tag division as a mentor or something. He's pretty much finished. But why call it quits when guys like Kane and Big Show are still getting quality screen time despite being 800 miles over the hill.

I like Mark. I really enjoyed his 2011 run. He's another guy who's been mishandled by WWE.
As far as what he needs to do now, honestly, retire

If he is a bit old and has absolutely nothing to do, he should probably retire.

I think wwe needs to give him some televised wins over respectable names then he can put over someone like Samoa Joe in a PPV match

I don't think there's anything left for him to do sadly. Retirement can't be far away.

He should call it a career. It's embarrassing seeing him job every week.

Wrestlemania 32 is in Texas, so it wouldn't be far-fetched to have Henry, assuming he stays healthy, wrestle a retirement match on the show.

He should win occasionally. Beating him means nothing right now.
Which is such a drop from where he was in 2011, or even 2013.
He doesn't seem to have much left to give. Personally, I'd like to see him on-screen mentor the PTPs more. And beat the likes of Bo Dallas and Heath Slater before losing a feud to an up and coming heel.

I like to see him wrestle until next year's WrestleMania, which I believe it is in his home state. Maybe have a feud with the Authority, he can complain how the WWE is using him. How can the world's strongest man be a jobber? Henry can get his revenge by putting the WWE writers through the hall of pain, leading to a match versus Triple H or Vince McMahon.

Although he has RARELY entertained me? Henry still has some power as a jobber to the stars. But in order to retain or even regain this value? he must win some matches too

Honestly, he should just retire. The last time I found Mark Henry entertaining was when he did that fake retirement promo with Cena in the ring, which followed with a championship match, in which I feel asleep during the whole thing. There's nothing left for him to do, and the same goes for Kane and Big Show

I don't mind Mark, but I think it's time to go. A victory over him means so little and losing to him can ruin all momentum. Don't believe me? Ask Ryback.

I would like to see Mark turn heel.... then face... then heel again.... then face the following week.... then an unexpected heel turn the following week.... followed by some time off.... return as a face... turn heel right after the match.... turn face again a month later when he finds love for the USA.... forms a tag team.... turns on that tag partner when they aren't able to win the tag titles.... take time off again.... come back as a monster heel.... defy the authority and turn face.... and then turn heel again.... quickly followed by a face turn.
Oh wait... not only can that be Mark Henry's career, but Big Show's and Kane's as well.

The last time Mark entertained me was in 2011 with his Hall Of Pain stuff.
