Honestly, both belts look like shit. But the newer one looks slightly better. I probably won't add it to my championship display case however. Thanks for the photos.

I wish the Lesnar figure would've been produced in that weird, redish/purple tint he gets mid match. Winner for post of the day. Logged in just so I could give this a thumbs up. |

I really wish they'd make a set with his hair more slicked back, like it usually is now, and with the blonde less pronounced.
I still may get this one though. I'm debating on that, or just waiting for the TRU exclusive. Then I can have the belt without getting another Brock.

Great pics. Lesnars scan looks even better in your photo. I guess I have to get used the these belts. Hopefully they grow on me whenever I get them.

Super nice. I'm skipping Lesnar, but getting Rollins and Stephanie. Thanks for the comparison WWE Championship belt. Hopefully people can finally see how Mattel has cheated them.Looks like you missed the word "didn't" there, friend. |

I think I'll wait until the TRU Rollins releases, so I can just get the belt with that figure. Even thought it'll probably be the same belt that came with Brock. I'll be getting the TRU Rollins w/ belt and briefcase too. But that one, I will keep mint, which is why I bought this one from E37 to open up. Nice! I got both last week. Rollins is great, but that Lesnar scan is off. Thoughts on the belt? It's become quite the controversy on here as of late... I'm impartial about it. It looks good, but I'm gonna miss the solid shiny plastic plates they used before if this is how the belts will be from here on out. I'm hoping this is just Mattel testing waters and the rest of the belts released after this will go back to normal. Also, since the entire belt is made up of rubber, I'm worried that the whole thing with the plates and all might just tear in half or something..haha.. I wonder if that can happen over time since rubber does break down after a few yrs...  |

Mattel doesn't use rubber. It's flexible plastic. |

Those belts look like crap when compared to the old belts....I will quit if they cut the quality down. They should be looking to improve the figures not knock the quality down.

Not the title belt, but Seth Rollins' belt. That SR Logo is supposed to be an emblem/belt buckle and not a painted on logo. (If it's not an emblem/belt buckle, the tops of the letters go above the waist, so it's still off)

I love that Rollins figure. I got that and Malenko and Seth is easily my fav of the two. I'm excited for teh TRU figure also, but I'm bummed he doesn't come with a vest. I prefer attire accessories to other types as belts can always be taken from another figure. No one else will be made with Seth's gold vest.

You really hate the product. Why bother collecting? I hate mushrooms on pizza, but I still eat pizza. Ask a stupid question and get an abstract answer. It's cheaply made while cost have gone up. You might be okay with these changes, but there is a large group of members who are not. I don't envy those who are complacent with mediocrity. I love WWE wrestling. Been a fan since the early 90s. I know you put zero thought into your question. Anyone can dislike certain qualities to anything, but as a whole still enjoy it. It's like asking a WWE fan why they still watch it even though there has been shtty periods. I hate the belt, I hate the frequency of John Cena figures, I hate Bo Dallas, Brodus Clay, Adam Rose, among others being in the elite collection. I think unproven talent in the elite line is a cash grab. Take a look at all the series. There are a ton of wrestlers that are undeserving of elite status. I still find figure I do enjoy and what is why I bother collecting. By the way, if you cannot find one thing you hate about the elite line, you are most definitely a part of the problem. |

But I'm pretty sure it wasn't from the start. From what I can recall, and the pics I've seen online, it was first a generic metal trapezoid buckle then it changed to the SR emblem. If it was just a logo, I retract my statement, but I can't find a photo that just shows a logo. |
