He needs to be reworked from the ground up. Different arms, torso, and a new scan that is an actual likeness (E23 is almost there but could still be better). E23 was just as bad as 33, but it had a cooler attire and face. Like you said, he needs new everything. Something like this:  |

E23 is a perfect scan. The body doesnt even bother me. Cesaro is a lean dude.
E33 cesaro is a better figure than Farooq at least
