Hope this is the right place. Am trying to do a better elite Erik Rowan and wanted to know if i had to break apart the body to swap arms? Want to put Rowans head and arms on an old Kane maybe e19 or e22.

Use a hair dryer to warm up the arms. Make sure to pay attention to the spot where the arms attach to the shoulder. Once they get warm enough you can yank them right off. Same thing to get them back on. The head works the same way. Just some heat from the hair dryer and you'll be all set.
If you want to take the entire arm/shouler off it will require a full torso crack.
