Chicago. Me and u would of probly been good friends if we lived closer. Lol. I'm in NJ.
Anyway, your pictures here are great. I'm loving the main events on your shows too. Always nice to see Raven hit people with the Raven Effect. Raven was one of the most underrated Jakks figures ever too by the way. Keep up the good work with your shows and Thanks for responding to my shows.

...going the extra mile and then some - wow. Thank you for a wonderfully candid insight to your 16-year old self and the awesome figures from Jakks at this time. A great feel for your event too, I especially like how you had your version of the HOF. Thanks for sharing as always. You're welcome. I generally prefer running smaller shows and concentrating on the stories within those 6 to 8 segments, but it feels good to put together a card like WrestleMania every now and then. I had a lot of fun with it, and my improvisational skills in Ladder matches know no bounds lol. I'm kind of the same way in real life in that I relish in the mundane. I guess that kind of goes with the territory if one of your biggest hobbies happens to be collecting action figures. Back then, hunting down the latest Jakks figures in stores was considered a thrill for me, and so I have a lot of pleasant memories of expanding my figure roster at the time. Even now, I think 2005 was my favorite year for RA figures and quite possibly my WWE fed; it felt like there was always something new coming out, and most of those new figures became staples of my fed until the very end. As a matter of fact, it was just five days after my fed's WrestleMania that I received this Ringside Collectibles Exclusive figure in the mail on April 22nd, 2005. I'm slowly working my way through this at the moment and I'm loving it. Love your match write ups they are brilliant and the pics are an added bonus. Takes me back to my glorious younger days! Keep it up and I hope to catch up quickly :-) Thank you so much for the compliments! I appreciate you taking the time to read through this thread. I'll be taking a few weeks off from writing, but I plan on returning by the weekend of April 15th to the 17th with the next episode of Impact, so maybe we'll both be caught up by then. I hope to see you there, and I definitely look forward to responding to your and everyone else's posts in the meantime. Chicago. Me and u would of probly been good friends if we lived closer. Lol. It had been years at that point since I had collaborated with anyone on a show, but I know I would have enjoyed that with someone like yourself. Raven is truly one of the great underutilized talents in the history of the business, especially from a creative standpoint. I love his TTL Jakks figure and would regularly use it with my new RA figures at the time. He was a big part of Afterburn, no doubt about it. We'll have to wait and see if anything becomes of him here in WWE. He won't be participating in the draft, I can tell you that, but this isn't the last that you'll see of him. Speaking of my fed's upcoming draft, I will be posting the results this Sunday tonight, then I'll recharge my batteries until the middle of April. Edit: Scratch that. I've decided to put it up early.

Entrance Photo Dated: April 23rd, 2005 at 12:50 PMDraft DayThe 2005 WWE Draft begins on a quiet Saturday afternoon in late April. Vince McMahon and Eric Bischoff stand on opposite sides of the aisle just six days after sharing the ring together at WrestleMania. With Bischoff now in charge of the new SmackDown brand, Mr. McMahon focuses his attention on WWE's flagship show, Impact! Despite their different approach, McMahon and Bischoff both agree to a maximum active roster limit of 28. In other words, there will be 56 overall selections in this inaugural draft. That means two-thirds of the eligible draft participants will find a new home! Rumor has it that the former roster members of Impact, Velocity and Afterburn are not the only names being considered - rookies and Hall of Famers alike have also expressed interest in the new vision for World Wrestling Entertainment. The two brands will be kept separate and only join together for pay-per-views, but championship title matches can occur at any time across enemy lines. As of right now, there are four active championships in WWE. The current list of title holders is displayed live on the Titantron at the site of the draft, but even the champs have to sweat it out before they find out where they will land. New World Heavyweight ChampionShawn Michaels Still Intercontinental ChampionBooker T New United States ChampionRandy Orton New Tag Team ChampionsMatt and Jeff Hardy One important figure at WrestleMania who appears noticeably absent from the list is Lance Storm and his unwanted Velocity championship. The status of the Velocity title is uncertain, but Mr. McMahon is expected to address the issue at our next show, Impact! #23. It is believed that, regardless of the title's future in WWE, Mr. McMahon will impose a hefty fine on Storm for his unprofessional conduct at WrestleMania. As the seconds tick down to the start of the draft, tag teams throughout the industry nervously await the call that might signal the end to their long-forged relationships. The stress caused by an impending separation is enough to make teams like The World's Greatest Tag Team and New Money Inc, among others, consider bowing out early, but nowhere else will they face competition as strong and as career-affirming as in WWE. Still, nights like these tend to bring the worst out in some people. It is a day and night affair for those that wish to tune in to the broadcast of the later draft selections held exclusively on WWE.com. Altogether, the draft is an entity entirely of itself. The seeds of dreams are planted at the same time as souls are crushed. It is a day unlike any other in WWE's calendar and it's finally here. Draft Day is upon us, and WWE will never be the same again!
