Hey guys, I used to run a Jakks/WWE figure fed from 2004-06 and kept notes on just about everything I did, but I've never shared any of my work. Mostly because it was just for my own personal enjoyment, but also because I didn't think it was any good. Still probably isn't lol. Regardless of quality, I've recently begun copying the results over from a 5x8 Memo Book to a Word document, and I hope you don't mind if I share them here. I don't anticipate reviving the fed anytime soon since I've failed multiple times over the years trying to get the magic back, but I'll never say never. Here's a brief rundown of the events in my life that pertain to this old fed of mine: - After three years of being out of the collecting game, I bought my first Jakks WWE figures at Toys"R"Us on Halloween Day 2004.
- Shortly after that, I started up a WWE fed which ran continuously until early August 2006 when I left for college.
- I lost interest in my fed at that time and haven't run one as successfully since , but I'll never forget the good times that were had by...well, me!
I won't go into too much detail regarding rosters and title histories just yet because I think it will be more enjoyable to find out as you read along. I want to thank you in advance for viewing this thread, and I look forward to hearing any of your responses. P.S. When I get the chance, I would like to identify each and every figure that was used in my fed, but for now I'll just stick to the results.

1) Triple H, the current World Heavyweight Champion, formally announces Evolution, a three man stable consisting of Ric Flair, Sid Vicious, and himself.
2) Perry Saturn, the current United States Champion, defeats Randy Orton in a Non-title Singles match.[1]
3) D-Von Dudley (of The Dudley Boyz) defeats Rene Dupree (of La Resistance), Jeff Hardy (of The Hardy Boyz), and Road Dogg Jesse James (of The New Age Outlaws) in a Fatal 4-Way match to determine the Number 1 Contenders for the Tag Team Championship, which are currently held by The World's Greatest Tag Team (Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas).
4) Raven & Steven Richards are inexplicably fired on the spot. In contrast, WWE has retained the likes of A-Train, Test, X-Pac, and William Regal.
5) The Rock successfully defends his Intercontinental Championship against Bad Ass Billy Gunn in a Singles match for his first title defense.
6) Kurt Angle defeats Chris Jericho in a Submissions Only match.
7) In the main event, The Undertaker successfully defends his Undisputed Championship against Cactus Jack in a No Disqualification match for his first title defense.
Notes:1. I don't have anything written down that would suggest it in fact happened, but I believe Randy Orton suffered the loss at the hands of Evolution.

Impact! #1
1) The World’s Greatest Tag Team (Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas) successfully defend their Tag Team Championship against The Dudley Boyz in a Tag Team match for their first title defense.
2) Vince McMahon, in his first appearance as owner of WWE, confirms the demotion of The Wolfpac (“Macho Man” Randy Savage & Sting) to Ohio Valley Wrestling.[1]
3) Chris Benoit defeats Edge in a Singles match.
4) The Hart Foundation (Bret “The Hitman” Hart & Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart) defeat The Legion of Doom (Road Warrior Hawk & Road Warrior Animal) in a Tag Team match.
5) Rob Van Dam defeats Jeff Hardy in a Singles match.
6) The team of Eddie Guerrero & Rey Mysterio defeat La Resistance (Rene Dupree & Rob Conway) in a Tag Team match.
7) Kurt Angle defeats Kane & The Big Show in a Handicap match with the assistance of interference by The Rock.
8) In the main event, Randy Orton defeats Ric Flair in a Singles match.
Notes:1. No record of this either, but I believe Lex Luger may have also been a part of the short-lived Wolfpac faction in my fed.

Velocity #2
1) Randy Orton delivers an in-ring promo targeting Triple H in anticipation of their upcoming main event match at WWE’s first pay-per-view show, Unforgiven. Orton is scheduled to face Triple H for the World Heavyweight Championship Live on PPV with the two combatants locked inside the walls of the Elimination Chamber. The match will then be decided either by Pinfall or Submission.[1]
2) Road Warrior Hawk (of The Legion of Doom) defeats Matt Hardy (of The Hardy Boyz) in a Singles match.
3) Eddie Guerrero & Rey Mysterio defeat X-Factor (X-Pac & Justin Credible) and The New Age Outlaws (Road Dogg Jesse James & Bad Ass Billy Gunn) in a Triple Threat Tag Team match to determine the Number 1 Contenders for the Tag Team Championship, which are currently held by The World's Greatest Tag Team (Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas).
4) “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase defeats Stone Cold Steve Austin in a Singles match with the assistance of lackeys Steven Richards & The Associate.[2][3]
5) Perry Saturn successfully defends his United States Championship against Rob Conway (of La Resistance) in a Singles match for his first title defense.
6) The makeshift team of The Big Show & A-Train defeat The Rock + Cactus Jack in a Tag Team match.
7) In the main event, Shawn Michaels defeats Bret “The Hitman” Hart in a Ladder match to determine the “Greatest Champ of the 90’s” with an emphasis on their last meeting in 1997.
Notes:1. Unforgiven takes place roughly two-and-a-half weeks after this show. 2. It appears that at some point Steven Richards was re-hired less than a week after Vince McMahon fired him. Ahh logic lol. 3. The Associate, a Finishing Moves Matt Hardy figure, was a poor man's I.R.S. in Ted DiBiase's ever-evolving Money Inc. stable in my fed.

Impact! #2
1) The World’s Greatest Tag Team (Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas) successfully defend their Tag Team Championship against Eddie Guerrero & Rey Mysterio in a Tag Team match for their second title defense.
2) Jake "The Snake" Roberts defeats Road Warrior Animal (of The Legion of Doom) in a Singles match.[1]
3) Stone Cold Steve Austin defeats Steven Richards in a Singles match. Richards was accompanied to the ring by "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase.
4) Vince McMahon, owner of WWE, announcers a mandatory partnership between William Regal and recent WWE signee Eugene. As should be expected, Regal is none too pleased. Also, Mr. McMahon officially reveals the name of the first pay-per-view show for WWE, that being Unforgiven, which is only two weeks away!
5) Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart defeats Rikishi in a Bodyslam Challenge. After the match, Mr. McMahon notes Rikishi's poor performance and informs him that he will be involved in a Pink Slip on a Pole match vs. A-Train. That match will take place on the very next show, Velocity #3, and only one man's career will survive "the climb"!
6) Kane defeats Rene Dupree (of La Resistance) in a TLC match via pinfall.
7) Kurt Angle defeats The Rock in a Non-title match with the assistance of interference by The Big Show.
8) In the main event, the team of Randy Orton, Chris Benoit & Chris Jericho defeat all three members of Evolution (Triple H, Ric Flair & Sid Vicious) in a 6-man Tag Team match.
Notes:1. I had dubbed this a "Classic" match in the sense that there were two Classic Superstars Series figures pitted against one another. Having said that, I'll take "Useless Stipulations" for 400, Alex.

Velocity #3
1) Vince McMahon, owner of WWE, says he has taken into consideration the ideas put forth by members of the WWE roster, especially as it relates to the scheduling of matches for the upcoming Unforgiven pay-per-view.[1] Ultimately, the buck stops with him, and he alone reserves the power to make any potential "dream" matches a reality.
2) Shelton Benjamin (of The World's Greatest Tag Team) defeats Road Dogg Jesse James (of The New Age Outlaws) in a Singles match.
3) A Triple Threat Tag Team match involving The Hart Foundation (Bret "The Hitman" Hart & Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart), The Hardy Boyz (Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy) & The Legion of Doom (Road Warrior Hawk & Road Warrior Animal) devolves into chaos and ends in a No Decision. In order to allow for cooler heads to prevail, a rematch has been set for next week's episode of Velocity, and only one of these teams will advance to the Tag Team Championship match at Unforgiven.
4) A-Train defeats Rikishi in a "Pink Slip on a Pole" match. By retrieving the pink slip from atop the designated pole, A-Train effectively terminates the contract of his opponent, Rikishi.
5) The Undertaker successfully defends his Undisputed Championship against "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase in a Singles match for his second title defense.
6) In the main event, The Associate (of Money Inc.) outlasts seven other competitors in an Over The Top Rope Battle Royal and is named the Number 1 Contender to the United States Championship, which is currently held by Perry Saturn.[2]
Notes:1. Unforgiven is only a week and a half away, so sit tight! 2. The seven other competitors in the match were Rob Van Dam, Justin Credible, Jake "The Snake" Roberts, Test, Rob Conway, Christian and Edge.

Impact! #3
1) Sid Vicious defeats Randy Orton in a Singles match with the assistance of interference by fellow Evolution member Ric Flair.
2) The team of Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho defeat Edge & Christian in a Tag Team match.
3) Perry Saturn successfully defends his United States Championship against The Associate in a Singles match for his second title defense.
4) Kurt Angle defeats Charlie Haas (of The World's Greatest Tag Team) in a Singles match. Angle distracts the referee and nails Haas over the head with his own Tag Team title belt to secure the win.
5) Shawn Michaels defeats Cactus Jack in a Hardcore match.
6) Vince McMahon, owner of WWE, interrupts what has been an action-packed show thus far with an announcement regarding matches that have been added to the Unforgiven pay-per-view.[1] The event is a little over a week away, and McMahon relays to the audience that all five championships will be defended on that early December night!
7) Eddie Guerrero & Rey Mysterio defeat The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray Dudley & D-Von Dudley) in a Tag Team match.
8) In the main event, The Undertaker (Undisputed Champion) defeats Triple H (World Heavyweight Champion) and The Rock (Intercontinental Champion) in a Triple Threat Non-title match.
Notes:1. I never wrote down which matches were announced, but you'll find out soon enough anyway. Get ready!

Velocity #4
1) Rob Van Dam defeats Steven Richards (of Money Inc.) in a Singles match.
2) Perry Saturn, the current United States Champion, defeats an unidentified local competitor in a Non-title Singles match.[1]
3) Vince McMahon, owner of WWE, comes out to the ring as the next match (#4) was set to begin. With both tag teams anxiously awaiting the start of the match, Mr. McMahon notifies them of an added stipulation. He says the winning team will be granted entry into the multi-team Tag Team Championship match at Unforgiven. "Good luck," he says, "because you're going to need it!"
4) La Resistance (Rene Dupree & Rob Conway) defeat the team of A-Train & Test and earn themselves a spot in the multi-team title match at this week's pay-per-view!
5) The Big Show, much like Perry Saturn earlier, defeats an unidentified local competitor in a Singles match.[2]
6) In the main event, The Hardy Boyz (Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy) defeat The Hart Foundation (Bret "The Hitman" Hart & Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart) and The Legion of Doom (Road Warrior Hawk & Road Warrior Animal) in a Triple Threat Tag Team rematch from last week. As a result, The Hardy Boyz will join La Resistance, among others to be determined at Impact! #4, in an attempt to dethrone the Tag Team champions, The World's Greatest Tag Team (Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas), at Unforgiven!
Notes:1 & 2. As was often the case, I would choose from an assortment of Finishing Moves figures to play the role(s) of "enhancement talent" in my fed.

Impact! #4 - The last show before Unforgiven!
1) Rob Van Dam and The Legion of Doom (Road Warrior Hawk & Road Warrior Animal) defeat Money Inc. ("The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase, Steven Richards & The Associate) in a 6-man Tag Team match.
2) Vince McMahon, owner of WWE, power walks down to ringside with a WWE-branded microphone in hand. He updates the crowd on the recent changes made to the multi-team Tag Team Championship match at Unforgiven. The World's Greatest Tag Team (Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas) will now defend their titles against FIVE other teams, including La Resistance, The Hardy Boyz, Eddie Guerrero & Rey Mysterio, The Dudley Boyz, and the winners of tonight's contest between The New Age Outlaws and X-Factor.[1] Also at Unforgiven, Perry Saturn will defend his United States Championship against John Cena, The Big Show will challenge The Rock for the Intercontinental Championship, and a long-standing rivalry between Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker will be renewed when The Deadman puts his Undisputed Championship up for grabs!
3) Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart (of The Hart Foundation) defeats William Regal in a Singles match.
4) The New Age Outlaws (Road Dogg Jesse James & Bad Ass Billy Gunn) defeat X-Factor (X-Pac & Justin Credible) in a Tag Team match with the winners earning the final spot in the Tag Team Championship match at Unforgiven.
5) Shawn Michaels defeats Ric Flair (of Evolution) in a Singles match. Post-match, "The Heartbreak Kid" is jumped by Evolution member Sid Vicious. As two-thirds of Evolution make their way to the back, HBK's opponent for Unforgiven, The Undertaker, presents himself and seemingly finishes off the job.
6) The World's Greatest Tag Team (Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas), the current Tag Team champions, defeat a team of unidentified local competitors in a Non-title Tag Team match.
7) Bret "The Hitman" Hart (of The Hart Foundation) defeats Kane in a Singles match with the assistance of interference by teammate Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart.
8) In the main event, Stone Cold Steve Austin defeats Triple H, the current World Heavyweight champion, in a Non-title Singles match with the assistance of interference by an array of top-tier talent, including two-thirds of Evolution (Ric Flair & Sid Vicious), Shawn Michaels (or what was left of him), The Undertaker, two-thirds of Money Inc. (Steven Richards & The Associate), and Randy Orton, HHH's opponent for the main event at Unforgiven.
Notes:1. At some point in the decision-making process, I awarded both former Number 1 Contenders, The Dudley Boyz and Eddie & Rey, an additional shot at the Tag Team Championship. Their performances in a routine tag match at Impact! #3 must have impressed me enough to give them one more chance, or so I'm telling myself that to make sense of the nonsensical booking lol.

Good to see you're in the swing of thing here Chicago...good onya! Thanks man. I appreciate your help in getting this started, and I guess you could say I'm in it for the long haul.
Unforgiven (PPV #1) - Dated December 4th, 2004
1) Stone Cold Steve Austin defeats Ted DiBiase (leader of Money Inc.) in a Singles match.[1]
2) Chris Benoit & Chris Jericho defeat Ric Flair & Sid Vicious (two-thirds of Evolution) in a Tag Team match.
3) The United States Championship match involving the champion, Perry Saturn, and the challenger, John Cena, ends in a No Decision. A surprise attack on both competitors at the hands of the man they call Raven results in an immediate vacation of the title. An eight-man tournament field will be announced during the next show, Velocity #5, and the finals will be held at the next pay-per-view, Armageddon.[2]
4) Kurt Angle defeats Bret "The Hitman" Hart (of The Hart Foundation) in a Singles match.[3]
5) The partnership of William Regal and Eugene has begun, as requested by Mr. McMahon at the Impact! #2 taping. The two men of slightly differing intellects are brought together by an unusually cheery Mr. McMahon in a pre-taped backstage segment. He awards the soon-to-be best friends with an early entry into the eight-man United States Championship tournament.[4]
6) The Big Show conquers The Rock in a Singles match and becomes the NEW Intercontinental Champion with the assistance of interference by a debuting Booker T![5]
7) The World’s Greatest Tag Team (Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas) successfully defend their Tag Team Championship against La Resistance, The Dudley Boyz, The Hardy Boyz, Eddie Guerrero & Rey Mysterio, and The New Age Outlaws in a Six-team Tag Team match for their third title defense.[6]
8) Shawn Michaels, still bruised and battered from Impact! #4, upsets The Undertaker in a Singles match and becomes the NEW Undisputed Champion despite the interference by Kane. The plan to rid WWE of Shawn Michaels for good falls apart, and The Brothers of Destruction have no recourse but to leave and walk out of WWE![7]
9) In the main event, Triple H successfully defends his World Heavyweight Championship against Randy Orton within the confines of the Elimination Chamber and with the assistance of interference by his fellow Evolution members, Ric Flair and Sid Vicious.[8]
PPV Notes:1. Austin's brief feud with Money Inc. in my fed had been based on his real life WWF introduction when he was brought in as "The Ringmaster" and managed by DiBiase. 2. Raven had previously been fired along with Steven Richards on the very first WWE show, Velocity #1. 3. Angle/Hart is the match that Mr. McMahon had been referring to at the beginning of Velocity #3 when he said that only he had "the power to make any potential "dream" matches a reality." 4. Saturn and Cena are also entered into the U.S. title tournament considering the outcome of their match at Unforgiven. 5. It wasn't until Christmas 2004 that I got the RA WrestleMania Winners Booker T figure, so I would imagine the one used here was the Toy Biz WCW Ring Fighters Booker T figure. What's funny to me is that I was still using a TTL Rock figure and Toy Biz WCW Smash 'N Slam Giant figure for The Big Show, so WCW Booker wouldn't have looked too out of place interfering in this match. 6. I don't know whether or not this was an elimination-style tag match, but it's fair to assume The World's Greatest Tag Team won decisively either way. 7. There is definitely more to this story, and The Brothers of Destruction won't be the only WWE Superstars to leave for the competition. 8. The reason why I used an Elimination Chamber set-up instead of a more traditional Steel Cage or Hell in a Cell attachment is because I had neither of them to use at the time, only the Chamber. When I got back into collecting in the fall of 2004, I bought the Hardcore Elimination Chamber playset with exclusive Triple H and Shawn Michaels figures and that is what I used for all of my fed's shows until I bought the original Real Scale Ring.

Velocity #5 - Dated December 6th, 2004
1) Vince McMahon, owner of WWE, opens the show with a statement regarding the official release of The Brothers of Destruction, Kane and The Undertaker, from their contracts. He says that he is not about to grovel and beg at the feet of any men that do not want to work for him. That's right, he called them men, because while he does not agree with their choice of action, he is grateful to them for their years of service. With that being said, the company will survive and thrive without them, and there is plenty to be excited about after the events that unfolded at Unforgiven.
He confirms there will be an eight-man tournament to declare a new United States Champion and it will begin at the next show, Impact! #5. The finals will be held at the next WWE pay-per-view event, Armageddon, in four weeks. The field is announced and it includes the likes of Bret Hart, Chris Jericho, Christian, Eugene, John Cena, Steven Richards, William Regal, and the former United States Champion Perry Saturn.
2) Rey Mysterio defeats Steven Richards (of Money Inc.) in a Singles match.
3) The team of William Regal & Eugene defeat X-Factor (X-Pac & Justin Credible) in a Tag Team match.
4) Chris Benoit defeats an unidentified local competitor in a Singles match.
5) Eddie Guerrero defeats Rob Van Dam and Edge in a Triple Threat match to determine the new Number 1 Contender for the Intercontinental Championship.
6) Newly crowned Intercontinental Champion The Big Show defeats Kurt Angle in a Non-title Singles match. Afterwards, a visibly upset Kurt Angle is approached by Mr. McMahon backstage and he lashes out in a fit of rage against the boss! Angle storms into the locker room, grabs his luggage, and leaves the building with no intention of ever coming back![1]
7) In the main event, Sid Vicious & Ric Flair (two-thirds of Evolution) defeat Stone Cold Steve Austin & Shawn Michaels. Triple H, the current World Heavyweight Champion, interferes on behalf of his Evolution stablemates. In the end, though, Randy Orton comes to the rescue and saves the day for Austin and Michaels.[2]
Notes:1. Could it be that Kurt Angle has left for the competition? Who is this competition after all?!? Keep checking for more. 2. The enemy of my enemy is my friend, or so it goes.

Impact! #5 - Dated December 7th, 2004
1) The broadcast begins tonight with a potential takeover by two disgruntled talent who are desperate for a chance to once again compete for the Intercontinental Championship. No, it's not The Brothers of Destruction, and it most certainly isn't Kurt Angle after the events of our last show. One of these men is the former I.C. Champion The Rock, who has yet to receive a rematch and is seeking revenge on Booker T for costing him his title at Unforgiven. The other is Edge, a man who felt he was cheated in the Number 1 Contender Triple Threat match at Velocity #5 by the eventual winner Eddie Guerrero.[1]
With Mr. McMahon temporarily sidelined following the vicious attack by Kurt Angle, a decision has come down from the higher-ups in the company that will provide both men with the opportunity to compete. In one week at Impact! #6, Edge will face the Intercontinental Champion in a Tables match for the title. Also, The Rock will face his nemesis Booker T in a match that might get out of hand fast if The Great One has anything to say about it.
Finally, we get a glimpse at the bracket for the United States Championship tournament and it reads as follows:
------------------------------------ Match #1: Perry Saturn vs. Chris Jericho | Faces winner of Match #2 ------------------------------------ ------------------------------------ Match #2: Christian vs. Bret "The Hitman" Hart | Faces winner of Match #1 ------------------------------------ ------------------------------------ Match #3: John Cena vs. William Regal | Faces winner of Match #4 ------------------------------------ ------------------------------------ Match #4: Eugene vs. Steven Richards | Faces winner of Match #3 ------------------------------------
Matches #1 and #2 will be contested tonight. Matches #3 and #4 will take place at our next show, Velocity #6.
2) The Legion of Doom defeat A-Train & Test in a Tag Team match.
3) Perry Saturn defeats Chris Jericho in Match #1 of the United States Championship tournament. Saturn advances to face the winner of Match #2 which takes place later tonight.
4) Booker T makes his in-ring WWE debut as he defeats an unidentified local competitor in a Singles match.
5) The World's Greatest Tag Team (Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas) successfully defend their Tag Team Championship against the debuting team of The Hurricane and Rosey, a.k.a. The Superheroes, in a Tag Team match for their fourth title defense.
6) Bret "The Hitman" Hart (of The Hart Foundation) defeats Christian in Match #2 of the United States Championship tournament with the assistance of teammate Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart. Hart advances to face Perry Saturn for what will be Tournament Match #5 in one week at Impact! #6.
7) Ric Flair (of Evolution) defeats an unidentified local competitor in a Singles match.
8) In the main event, current Undisputed Champion Shawn Michaels defeats Sid Vicious (of Evolution) in a Non-title Singles match. After the match concludes, World Heavyweight Champion Triple H attempts a Pearl Harbor Job on "The Heartbreak Kid". His attack is thwarted by Stone Cold Steve Austin and Randy Orton. The unlikely pairing make haste and retaliate against the whole of Evolution at ringside before Impact! goes off the air.
Notes:1. The story to be told here is that Eddie stole the win right out from under Edge in the Triple Threat match. Edge had delivered a brutal spear to Rob Van Dam through a ringside table, leaving both men incapacitated. Eddie then snuck in under the bottom rope before the count of 10 to secure the countout victory and to become the new Number 1 Contender. Edge believes he would be the Number 1 Contender for the I.C. Championship had it been a Tables match instead of a Triple Threat match. We'll see if Edge is telling the truth at Impact! #6, but before that happens Eddie will cash in his title shot against The Big Show at Velocity #6.

How did you make so many stars quit!!! Good question. I won't give it away now, but within the next two weeks of shows there will be some much needed clarity on the situation.
Velocity #6 - Dated December 10th, 2004
1) "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase (of Money Inc.) defeats Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart (of The Hart Foundation) in a Singles match.
2) John Cena defeats William Regal in Match #3 of the United States Championship tournament. Cena advances to face the winner of Match #4 which takes place next!
3) Eugene defeats Steven Richards in Match #4 of the United States Championship tournament. Eugene advances to face John Cena for what will be Tournament Match #6 in one week at Velocity #7.
4) The Legion of Doom prepare backstage for one of their trademark amped promos. With two recent wins under their belt, they feel as if they can contend with anyone for the right to call themselves new Number 1 Contenders for the Tag Team Championship. The spiked tandem are cut off before long by the team of Chris Benoit & Chris Jericho who challenge them to a match next week at Velocity #7. The challenge is accepted.
5) The Hardy Boyz defeat La Resistance in a Tag Team match. In a bout of frustration following many recent losses, Rene Dupree and Rob Conway, a.k.a. La Resistance, quit WWE![1]
6) The Big Show successfully defends his Intercontinental Championship against Eddie Guerrero in a Singles match for his first title defense. Eddie's close friend and teammate Rey Mysterio interferes on his behalf, but he is stopped short by The World's Largest Athlete.
7) In the main event, Yokozuna makes his in-ring WWE debut as he defeats an unidentified local competitor in a Singles match.
Notes:1. I hope this doesn't cause SmithyPlayz's brain to explode lol, but La Resistance are on their way out of WWE and set to join "the competition". More on this in the next two or three shows.

Impact! #6
1) Perry Saturn defeats Bret "The Hitman" Hart in the semi-finals of the United States Championship tournament. Saturn advances to the final at Armageddon in just two and a half weeks. He will face the winner of the next tournament match scheduled for Velocity #7 between Eugene and John Cena.[1]
2) The current Tag Team Champions Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas, a.k.a. The World’s Greatest Tag Team, defeat The Superheroes (Hurricane & Rosey) in a Non-title Tag Team match.
3) Vince McMahon makes his first appearance in a WWE ring since Kurt Angle brutally attacked him backstage at Velocity #5. He refers to himself as a fighter and says he will not stop pursuing the matter until he has won. What exactly that means has yet to be determined, but the owner of WWE insists he will win at all costs.
He says sometimes you have to fight dirty to win, and that’s exactly what he looks forward to seeing in the 12-Man "Hardcore Rules" Battle Royal he's scheduled for next week at Impact! #7. Mr. McMahon says he would love to stay and speculate on who is going to win, but he’s got a show to run.[2]
4) Yokozuna defeats X-Pac (of X-Factor) in a Singles match.
5) The ringside commentators inform the audience at home that Rob Van Dam will be missing three to four more weeks of action due to broken ribs and a bruised lower back. The injuries to Van Dam were incurred when Edge speared him through a table during their Triple Threat match with Eddie Guerrero at Velocity #5. He is expected to make a full recovery.[3]
6) The Big Show successfully defends his Intercontinental Championship against Edge in a Tables match for his second title defense. Afterwards, Christian comes to the aide of his fallen partner and is promptly pushed away by Edge. When Christian refuses to back down, Edge lunges at him in a surprising display of aggression. He waits patiently for Christian to rise to his feet before hitting him with an Edgecution on a leftover piece of table!
7) The Rock is jumped backstage by The Big Show as he was warming up for his match against archrival Booker T, the man who cost him the Intercontinental Championship at Unforgiven. Booker T walks down to the ring and assumes that he has won the match via forfeit. Before he gets the chance to gloat, Mr. McMahon emerges from behind the curtain and names a new opponent for tonight’s match.
Out comes the Hardcore Legend himself Cactus Jack. Despite the unexpected draw, Booker T defeats Cactus Jack in an impromptu Singles match by cheating behind the referee’s back. A boastful Booker T learns shortly after the match that he still must face The Rock in a match scheduled for Impact! #7 next week.
8) In the main event, the team of Randy Orton & Stone Cold Steve Austin defeat Triple H & Ric Flair (two-thirds of Evolution) in a Tag Team match.
Notes:1. Saturn previously defeated Chris Jericho in the opening round of the 8-man single elimination tournament. 2. Hardcore Rules means anything goes, which includes the use of weapons. Also, this particular Battle Royal will feature eliminations made only by pinfalls or submissions. The contestants will be: A-Train, Bad Ass Billy Gunn, Bubba Ray Dudley, Cactus Jack, D-Von Dudley, Jake "The Snake" Roberts, Jeff Hardy, Justin Credible, Matt Hardy, Road Dogg Jesse James, Test, and X-Pac. 3. In all of my notes, I never specified a set of commentators because there really were none in my fed. I would call the matches myself as I played with my figures. I also hummed the entrance themes, but that's a story for another day.

Velocity #7
1) Randy Orton defeats an unidentified local competitor in a Singles match.
2) Yokozuna defeats Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart (of The Hart Foundation) in a Singles match. After the match has ended, Anvil’s teammate Bret “The Hitman” Hart initiates a double team attack on “The Mighty” Yokozuna!
3) John Cena defeats Eugene in the semi-finals of the United States Championship tournament. Cena advances to the final at Armageddon in two weeks. He will face Perry Saturn in a U.S. title re-match from Unforgiven. Unlike last time, there will be a definite winner and someone will walk away from the pay-per-view as U.S. Champion![1]
4) WWE Owner Vince McMahon makes an appearance live via satellite to announce some late breaking news. He was informed just minutes ago that the finalists for the U.S. title tournament have signed on the dotted line and made the match official. Also, Mr. McMahon says tonight’s main event will determine new Number 1 Contenders for the Tag Team Championship. The Tag Champs are in the house and they will be observing the action from ringside.
Mr. McMahon’s video feed distorts and briefly displays a logo for a promotion other than WWE. The segment abruptly cuts to commercial. When the show returns from break, a Handicap match is already in progress…
5) Eddie Guerrero & Rey Mysterio defeat current I.C. Champion The Big Show in a Non-title Handicap match.[2]
6) One-half of the Tag Team Champions Shelton Benjamin (of The World’s Greatest Tag Team) defeats Perry Saturn in a Singles match. The outcome of the match is affected by John Cena who appears to be getting into the head of his Armageddon opponent Perry Saturn.
7) In the main event, Chris Benoit & Chris Jericho defeat The Legion of Doom in a Tag Team match to determine the new Number 1 Contenders for the Tag Team Championship. Benoit & Jericho will now face The World’s Greatest Tag Team in two weeks at Armageddon with the titles on the line! As the show comes to a close, both teams stand opposite one another with all eyes fixed on the prized Tag Team Championship belts before them.
Notes:1. Cena previously defeated William Regal in the first round of the U.S. title tournament. 2. Although not explicity stated, I believe it was The Rock who cost Big Show the match. I'm not sure how or if Booker T factored into this since neither he nor The Rock were mentioned in my records of the match.

Impact! #7
1) WWE Owner Vince McMahon approaches ringside with a concerned look on his face. He doesn’t have an explanation for the hacked live feed at Velocity #7, but he will get to the bottom of this. In the meantime, he announces that the winner of the upcoming Battle Royal will not only be awarded the newly-refurbished Hardcore Championship, but will also compete for the United States Championship at Impact! #9 in two weeks!
Before the segment concludes, Mr. McMahon’s microphone cuts out and a chopped audio recording can be heard over the arena’s speaker system. It sounds like more than one person is speaking, but the only phrase that can be clearly heard is “Afterburn is coming”. An irate Mr. McMahon storms back up the ramp as the Battle Royal participants make their way to the ring.[1]
2) Jeff Hardy outlasts 11 other competitors to win the inaugural “Hardcore Rules” Battle Royal. As per Mr. McMahon’s recent announcement, Jeff Hardy will face off against either John Cena or Perry Saturn in two weeks depending on who walks away from Armageddon as the new U.S. Champion.[2]
3) Charlie Haas (one-half of the Tag Team Champions, The World’s Greatest Tag Team) defeats Hurricane (of The Superheroes) in a Singles match.
4) Edge defeats his former tag team partner Christian in a Singles match. Christian is still suffering from the effects of last week’s Edgecution, and he confounded the problem by agreeing to this match. It is believed Christian now has a mild concussion and will miss a week or two of action.[3]
5) Backstage, Mr. McMahon is furious at the recent surge of “technical difficulties” and he won’t tolerate this any longer. He grabs a nearby landline phone and hurtles it across the room! He is approached in his office by Randy Orton, Stone Cold Steve Austin & Undisputed Champion Shawn Michaels, but he hasn’t the time or patience to deal with their problems right now. He knows that all three of them want to get their hands on Evolution, especially World Heavyweight Champion Triple H, so he makes a Six-Man Tag Team match for the main event of Armageddon.
The Heart Break Kid is the last one to leave the room. Before doing so, he stops and turns to the boss to tell him that he won’t want to miss what their team of “Good Guys” does to eliminate the evil from within Evolution. 6) Rosey (of The Superheroes) defeats an unidentified local competitor in a Singles match.
7) In the main event, the team of The Big Show & Booker T defeat the trio of The Rock, Rey Mysterio & Eddie Guerrero in a Two-on-Three Handicap Tag Team match.
Notes:1. Audio analysis suggests the voices are those of one man and one woman. Who could they be? 2. The names of the 11 other competitors: A-Train, Bad Ass Billy Gunn, Bubba Ray Dudley, Cactus Jack, D-Von Dudley, Jake "The Snake" Roberts, Justin Credible, Matt Hardy, Road Dogg Jesse James, Test, and X-Pac. 3. This marks the second week in a row that an opponent of Edge has been diagnosed with an injury. Is a pattern of behavior being established or is this just pure coincidence?
