Good stuff mate; you put a lot of effort into this and it's great to see. Cheers for sharing. Thank you for the kind words. You work with what you got and try to make the most of it, you know?
Velocity #8
1. World Heavyweight Champion Triple H (of Evolution) defeats an unidentified local competitor in a Non-title Singles match.
2. The Associate (of Money Inc.) defeats Justin Credible (of X-Factor) in a Singles match.
3. Chris Benoit & Chris Jericho, the current Number 1 One Contenders for the Tag Team Championship, defeat The New Age Outlaws (Road Dogg Jesse James & Bad Ass Billy Gunn) in a Tag Team match.
4. Steven Richards (of Money Inc.) defeats Eugene in a Singles match. Eugene is accompanied to the ring by his tag partner and mentor William Regal.
5. Vince McMahon paces back and forth in his office as he awaits an important call on his new wireless cellular phone.[1] With several days to mull over the audio hack from Impact! #7, Mr. McMahon has decided that neither his attorneys nor the authorities can resolve this problem for him. He must reach out to the culprits and receive their message direct.
A call finally comes through. As soon as the voices are revealed to him, a look of utter shock and contempt washes over the owner’s face. He doesn’t know what to say. He appears confused and unsure of what the next move should be in this predicament. True to his nature, the boss threatens the callers and challenges them to appear on one of his programs. “That is, of course, if you have the grapefruits,” McMahon says with confidence. There is a brief pause before a voice can be heard saying, “See you at Armageddon,” and the call ends.
6. In the main event, the makeshift team of Perry Saturn & John Cena defeat The Hart Foundation (Bret “Hitman” Hart & Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart) in a Tag Team match. The winners, both finalists in the United States Championship tournament, work well together in the week before their score-settling match at Armageddon. The union doesn’t last for long as a fight breaks out between the two of them with various WWE personnel and talent jumping into the mix.
Yokozuna’s presence looms large over the post-match proceedings, forcing The Hart Foundation to backtrack and leave the ringside area as the show ends.[2]
Notes:1. Let's just say when Mr. McMahon's previous line of communication was subjected to his wrath at Impact! #7, it didn't fare too well. 2. After their actions at Velocity #7, The Hart Foundation must get in the ring with Yokozuna once again. There will be no double team attacks this time since it will be Bret "The Hitman" Hart facing off one-on-one against Yokozuna in the main event of our next show, Impact! #8, and Bret's teammate Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart will be banned from ringside!

Impact! #8
1. The go-home show to WWE’s second ever pay-per-view Armageddon begins with Vince McMahon standing in the center of the squared circle. A rundown of the card commences as the owner looks to be all business and not his usual charismatic self. He says all will be revealed at Armageddon as it relates to the recent on-air disruptions caused by a rival promotion. He promises not to concede anything when he meets with the two persons responsible, and it very well could be televised for the world to see. Even he isn’t sure yet what could transpire, but it’s sure to be a pivotal moment that will shape the future of WWE.
Speaking of an unknown future, Mr. McMahon wonders what it will hold for the competitors taking part in Armageddon in just a matter of days. The main event will be a Six-Man Tag Team match pitting the three members of Evolution (Triple H, Ric Flair, and Sid Vicious) against the self-professed “Good Guys” (Shawn Michaels, who gave them the cheesy name, Randy Orton, and Stone Cold Steve Austin).
The Intercontinental Championship will be up for grabs in a Triple Threat match as champion The Big Show will have his hands full with the likes of The Rock and Booker T equally vying for his title.
Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho will make the ultimate sacrifice of their careers as they join forces and challenge The World’s Greatest Tag Team (Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin) for their Tag Team Championship.
Perry Saturn and John Cena will compete in the final of an eight man single-elimination tournament to crown a new United States champion, and unlike last time, one of these men will walk away the winner. Their first pay-per-view match at Unforgiven was declared a No Decision after interference by Raven, who hasn’t made an appearance since that fateful night.
All of that and more is scheduled for an action-packed night at Armageddon. Mr. McMahon closes by saying that it will be a night his competitors will live to regret, and one that the fans won’t soon forget!
2. The trio of Eugene and The Superheroes (The Hurricane & Rosey) defeat Money Inc. (Ted DiBiase, Steven Richards, and The Associate) in a Six-Man Tag Team match.
3. Rey Mysterio defeats an unidentified local competitor in a Singles match.
4. William Regal defeats X-Pac (of X-Factor) in a Singles match.
5. Eddie Guerrero defeats Booker T in a Singles match. The effective use of the famous Guerrero motto “Cheat To Win” takes Booker by surprise. He laments the loss to anyone within earshot, but the referee will hear none of it. Booker looks to the Titan Tron above the entrance way for a replay of the finish and instead spots The Rock and The Big Show standing atop the stage, enjoying his loss for all that it's worth.[1]
6. In the main event, Yokozuna defeats Bret “The Hitman” Hart in a Singles match via Disqualification, despite having Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart banned from ringside. Bret had the match won initially by locking in the Sharpshooter as best he could, but the decision was reversed when he wouldn’t let up after the bell. Compounded by the fact that Neidhart crept down the aisle to celebrate before the match had ended, Mr. McMahon had no choice but to award the victory to Yokozuna.
The Hart Foundation are incensed and retaliate by putting the boots to the owner of WWE! Their expression of anger and disgust is a clear sign that Bret and Jim are leaving for the competition. The show goes off the air as emergency medical technicians tend to Mr. McMahon.[2]
Notes:1. The finish to the match saw Eddie and Booker countering each other with rolling small packages until finally Eddie grabbed the tights and held on for the three count. 2. Armageddon is next, but first, I’ll have a list of figures that I was using up until this point in my fed, so stay tuned for both!

Man all these shows, and they're all great. It's amazing how much you put out. I love your work. Thank you very much. As I've said before, this is my first time sharing my old fed results/recaps, so hearing that others are enjoying this makes it all worthwhile.
Before I get to Armageddon, I want to share a list of the figures that I was using at this point in time in my figure fed. The story goes that I started up a new Jakks collection on Halloween Day 2004 after having previously left the hobby altogether in mid-to-late 2001. That's why you'll see a lot of older TTL series mentioned next to the few RA figures I owned back then. It was because of the Classic Superstars line and the loss of a friend that I got back into collecting, and I'm still picking up the occasional figure nearly 11 years later. Having said that, here is the complete list of figures used for every show thus far (excluding the Finishing Moves figures that I often used for squash matches): My Jakks WWE Figure Fed Roster (circa late November/early December 2004)

Great stuff again Chicago, good to see the breakdown of figures used too...! Even better, I found a bunch of old photos earlier today that had been saved to an external backup hard drive for years. These are dated December 16, 2004. I have reason to believe these were taken shortly before the events of Impact! #8, hence the inclusion of The Hart Foundation. Here's a list of the figures that weren't photographed: 1. Booker T – Toy Biz WCW Ring Fighters Series (Non-Jakks) --> Jakks WWE Ruthless Aggression Series 11 (RA) 2. Eddie Guerrero - Jakks WWF Rulers of the Ring Series 3 (TTL) 3. John Cena - Jakks WWF Rulers of the Ring Series 2 Grand Master Sexay (TTL) 4. Kane – Jakks WWF Titan Tron Live Series 10 (TTL) 5. Kurt Angle – Jakks WWF Signature Series Collection 6-Pack (Toys”R”Us Exclusive) (TTL) --> Jakks WWE Ruthless Aggression Series 8 (RA) 6. Lex Luger (of The Wolfpac) – Toy Biz WCW Smash ‘N Slam Series (Non-Jakks) 7. “Macho Man” Randy Savage (of The Wolfpac) – Toy Biz WCW Smash ‘N Slam Series (Non-Jakks) 8. Raven – Jakks WWF Rulers of the Ring Series 3 (TTL) 9. Rene Dupree (of La Resistance) – Jakks WWE WrestleMania Winners Tag Team Series 2-Pack (Toys”R”Us Exclusive) (RA) 10. Rikishi – Jakks WWF Titan Tron Live WrestleMania XVII Series 8 (TTL) 11. Rob Conway (of La Resistance) – Jakks WWE WrestleMania Winners Tag Team Series 2-Pack (Toys”R”Us Exclusive) (RA) 12. Sting (of The Wolfpac) – Toy Biz WCW Smash ‘N Slam Series (Non-Jakks) 13. The Undertaker – Jakks WWF Rebellion Series 2 (TTL) --> Jakks WWE Ruthless Aggression Series 11 (RA) And one additional figure that was photographed but not really relevant to my fed: 1. Stone Cold Steve Austin (in the blue ball cap) - Jakks WWF Signature Series Collection 6-Pack (Toys”R”Us Exclusive) (TTL)

Armageddon (PPV #2) - Dated December 18th, 2004[1]
1. John Cena defeats Perry Saturn in the U.S. Title Tournament Final to become the new United States Champion![2]
2. Yokozuna defeats "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase in a Singles match.[3]
3. Jeff Hardy retains the Number 1 Contendership rights for the United States Championship in a 20-Man Over-the-Top Rope Battle Royal.[4]
4. Chris Benoit & Chris Jericho defeat The World's Greatest Tag Team (Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin) in a Tag Team match to become the new Tag Team Champions![5]
5. Eddie Guerrero defeats Edge in a Singles match to become the new Number 1 Contender for the Intercontinental Championship. After the match, Edge attacks Eddie from behind. Eddie's best friend and tag partner Rey Mysterio runs in to make the save. Were it not for him, Eddie would have likely been stretchered to the back.[6]
6. Booker T gets the last laugh by defeating The Big Show and The Rock in a Triple Threat match to become the new Intercontinental Champion![7]
7. WWE Owner Vince McMahon meets with his competition in the center of a WWE ring. It is a sight to behold as the boss sweats vigorously in the moments leading up to the arrival of his competitors. A graphic for something called "Afterburn" appears on the Titan Tron and out walks a hulking brute of a man in a white dress shirt and dark slacks. He steps through the ring ropes and approaches Mr. McMahon, ripping the microphone right out of his grasp.
The man, who has yet to be identified, orders Mr. McMahon to leave the ring now. He says this ring is worthy of only one dominant authoritative figure in the world of pro wrestling, and it's certainly not him. In fact, the man reiterates that it isn't him either; he is here merely for "protection". Instead, the man introduces to the world the person who has been behind all of the recent attacks on WWE and its owner, none other than the Billionaire Princess herself, Stephanie McMahon!
Stephanie wastes little time getting to the ring and informs "Dave" that all of this won't be necessary. She hasn't come to the building tonight to have the red carpet rolled out for her, nor does she desire to see her father left beaten and battered yet again. She is here to communicate directly to the elder McMahon that a new show called "Afterburn" will debut in a few weeks and it is being solely funded by her.
She says all of the great wrestlers who have cut their teeth in WWE will thrive on "Afterburn", including the likes of: The Undertaker, Kane, Kurt Angle, Raven, "Macho Man" Randy Savage, The Hart Foundation, Jake "The Snake" Roberts, John "Bradshaw" Layfield, and more! She believes it will become the A-show of professional wrestling and there won't be any room left for old hat like Vincent Kennedy McMahon. It's the dawning of a new era, she says, and just like the dinosaurs of our past, Mr. McMahon's vision for WWE cannot be sustained in this new world of pro wrestling.
Mr. McMahon takes offense to her remarks. Before he can reach out to the time keeper for a new microphone to respond, "Dave" grabs him by his left wrist and pulls him back around. Vince cocks back his right arm only to have his punch thwarted by the monster of a man. "Dave" hooks both of Vince's arms from behind and forces the struggling owner to face his daughter once again.
Stephanie says it didn't have to be this way. If only he had listened and succumbed to defeat could all of this have been avoided. Instead, he must now be put in his place. She slaps her father hard across the right side of his face and instructs "Dave" to finish him off with a sitout powerbomb. Stephanie poses above her father with a high heel sunk deep into his heart as the segment concludes.[8]
8. In the main event, the "Good Guys" team of Undisputed Champion Shawn Michaels, Randy Orton, and Stone Cold Steve Austin defeat Evolution (World Heavyweight Champion Triple H, Ric Flair, and Sid Vicious) in a Six-Man Tag Team match.[9] Shawn Michaels is the last of his team left standing in the end, but not in the way that one would have thought going into Armageddon. In a shocking turn of events, The Heartbreak Kid aligns himself with Evolution and assists in the dismantling of Orton and Austin! Finally, with Shawn's alliances clear, Triple H and Ric Flair see to it that Sid Vicious no longer fits within the dynamics of the group and they put the boots to him!
Armageddon ends with quite possibly the most dominant trio in all of professional wrestling, Evolution 2.0, sharing the same stage and basking in their moment of glory.
PPV Notes:1. For those wishing to follow along at home, here is a link to the printouts that were used for my Armageddon entrance setup nearly 11 years ago! These are dated December 18, 2004. I don’t have a record of it, but I believe the event itself was held around that time, if not that exact same day. 2. In the U.S. title tournament, John Cena beat William Regal, Eugene, and Perry Saturn to become the new U.S. Champion. 3. This match was dubbed a “Classic” match because of the use of their debut Jakks WWE Classic Superstars Series figures. CS4 DiBiase was one of the first figures I bought at my local Toys"R"Us store on Halloween Day 2004 when I got back into collecting. Also, I recently found a receipt of one of my first Amazon.com purchases on December 2, 2004, when I bought CS4 Yokozuna for $17.27 shipped ($11.99 + $4.46 shipping/$0.82 sales tax). 4. I didn't write down the names of the other 19 competitors in the Battle Royal, so here's who I think may have participated (based on my roster at the time): A-Train, The Associate, Bad Ass Billy Gunn, Bubba Ray Dudley, Cactus Jack, D-Von Dudley, Eugene, The Hurricane, Justin Credible, Matt Hardy, Rey Mysterio, Road Dogg Jesse James, Road Warrior Animal, Road Warrior Hawk, Rosey, Steven Richards, Test, William Regal, and X-Pac. 5. I’m not entirely sure why I made note of there being “new” Tag Team titles awarded to the winners of this match, but I’m guessing it is because I had bought a new pair of Jakks WWE figure belts that I wanted to implement in my fed. 6. Edge has a recent history of deliberating injuring his opponents (Rob Van Dam at Velocity #5/Impact! #6, Christian at Impact! #7), so it's a good thing Rey Mysterio intervened. 7. A little clarification on Booker getting "the last laugh", from after his loss to Eddie Guerrero at Impact! #8: Booker looks to the Titan Tron above the entrance way for a replay of the finish and instead spots The Rock and The Big Show standing atop the stage, enjoying his loss for all that it's worth.8. Here are the two figures that were used for the competition: Stephanie McMahon – Jakks WWF Titan Tron Live SmackDown Series 7 (TTL) Dave Batista – Jakks WWE Ruthless Aggression Series 11 (RA) The reason I used Batista as a henchman for Stephanie McMahon is because I thought his RA11 figure had the appropriate clothing for someone acting as her business partner/enforcer. Had I not ordered the complete set of RA11 from Ringside Collectibles when I did (November 22, 2004, per a recent receipt I found), I doubt Batista would have been my go-to choice for the role. Looking back now, I probably would have paired a TTL Shane McMahon figure with Stephanie McMahon if I had one to use at that time, but I didn’t. 9. Considering the outcome of the main event, it seems more than likely that it was a Six-Man Elimination Tag Team match and I just forgot to write it down. Sorry for any confusion.

I love this fed, but your making me regret selling my Jakks collection. I suppose it was only there collecting dust and the last time I played with them was back in 2012. but this is generally one of the most interesting because the shows are unique and different

I love this fed, but your making me regret selling my Jakks collection. I suppose it was only there collecting dust and the last time I played with them was back in 2012. but this is generally one of the most interesting because the shows are unique and different I'm sorry to hear that. I've never sold off an entire collection before, but I did sell off a select few RA/TTL figures back in 2007 when I thought that I no longer needed them for my fed. I still regret that, and I've held on to these pics from my listings to remind me of which ones I gave away. RA7 Kane, ROTR3 Eddie, RA8 Angle WM Winners Booker, AD9 JBL, WM Winners WGTT (my former Tag champs ) I've since bought back the TTL Eddie Guerrero figure, but the others have been absent from my collection for over eight years now. Not to mention, I sold off a good chunk of the belts and weapons that I had from my original Jakks collection. I won't let go of my entire collection because I fear that I would instantly regret the decision, and you never know when you might have that desire to play again.
Velocity #9
1. A backstage camera captures Evolution 2.0 spilling out of their limousine as they prepare to enter the arena for tonight’s episode of Velocity. The trio of Triple H, Ric Flair, and Shawn Michaels believe themselves to have pulled off the ruse of the century at Armageddon. It was a night worth playing over numerous times in their memory as they celebrated into the wee hours of the morning, and apparently also on the way to the building tonight.
The fracas caused by their arrival can be overheard by WWE owner Vince McMahon, who most definitely does not want to replay the events of Armageddon. He is disgusted by their appearance and determines that Evolution 2.0 is in no shape to perform tonight. However, they better sober up in time for Impact! #9, when World Heavyweight Champion Triple H and Undisputed Champion Shawn Michaels will compete in a Non-title Tag Team match against the team of Randy Orton and Stone Cold Steve Austin. Suddenly, it seems that playtime is over for Evolution 2.0 and their work has just begun.
2. The makeshift team of The Rock and Yokozuna defeat The Legion of Doom in a "Classics" Tag Team match.
3. “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase defeats his former protégé Steven Richards in a Singles match and introduces the newest incarnation of Money Inc. – the tandem of Test and A-Train, who lay to waste Steven Richards and The Associate.
4. Rey Mysterio defeats Edge in a Singles match with the help of a returning Rob Van Dam from injury. It was Edge who put RVD on the shelf with a bruised lower back and a couple of broken ribs nearly one month ago at Velocity #5. It appears that the tables have turned for Edge and his past is coming back to haunt him.
5. Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho successfully defend their newly-won Tag Team Championship against The World’s Greatest Tag Team in an Armageddon rematch for their first title defense.
6. In the main event, Booker T successfully defends his newly-won Intercontinental Championship against Sid Vicious in a Singles match for his first title defense. Interference by Evolution 2.0 on behalf of the champion costs Sid his first opportunity at a singles title in years. It’s a 3-on-1 affair and Sid stands little chance of defending himself. Will the same be said of Randy Orton and Stone Cold Steve Austin at our next show? Tune it to find out!

Impact! #9
1. WWE Owner Vince McMahon starts the show off by addressing the audience. He mentions the recent dissolution of Ohio Valley Wrestling as a training ground for upcoming WWE Superstars. This turn of events has forced him to re-evaluate the current standing of Velocity as WWE’s A-Show. The arrival of his daughter Stephanie’s new show “Afterburn” has also caused him great concern to the point that change has become a necessity in order to survive. [1]
Mr. McMahon reiterates that Velocity will soon be downgraded to the B-Show in favor of Impact! He says that he expects to name 10 to 12 members of the WWE roster who will be made exclusive to Velocity. That announcement will be made coming up next at the tenth and final episode of Velocity under its current format. He says you won’t want to miss the festivities, which include a Tables match and defenses of the Intercontinental and Tag Team Championships!
2. The Rock, Yokozuna, Eugene, and William Regal team together to defeat The New Age Outlaws and The Dudley Boyz in an Eight-Man Tag Team match.
3. Test (of the new Money Inc.) defeats The Associate in a Singles match.[2]
4. John Cena successfully defends his United States Championship against Number 1 Contender Jeff Hardy in a Singles match for his first title defense. Interference by Matt Hardy affects the outcome of the match for his brother Jeff, who is quite obviously perturbed.
5. Cactus Jack defeats The Big Show in a Falls Count Anywhere match.
6. Rob Van Dam defeats Christian in a Singles match with the added stipulation of a guaranteed rematch against Edge at Velocity #10.[3]
7. In the main event, the team of Randy Orton and Stone Cold Steve Austin defeat Triple H and Shawn Michaels (of Evolution 2.0) in a Tag Team match. Ric Flair attempts to interrupt the proceedings, but none other than Sid Vicious emerges to chase him back to the locker room. The momentary distraction allows for Orton to hit an unexpected RKO on Shawn Michaels for the victory.
Notes:1. Could it be that Stephanie McMahon has something to do with the closing of OVW? We'll find out soon enough. 2. Test and A-Train replaced Steven Richards and The Associate to form the new Money Inc. with "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase at Velocity #9. The reason for the group's transformation is that leader Ted had grown tired of the group's losing efforts as of late, so he found what he believes to be suitable replacements. 3. Rob Van Dam and Christian are both returning to action in this match following weeks of recovery from injuries. Edge was responsible for putting both men out, and now he must face the winner in a Tables match at Velocity #10. Will Edge finally get his comeuppance? Keep checking back for more.

Velocity #10
1. The tenth and final episode of Velocity under its current format begins with WWE Owner Vince McMahon revealing the details of the recent programming change. He says the former A-Show of WWE is set to be run as a developmental territory for current and future WWE Superstars vying to compete for a spot on the main “Impact!” roster.
The roster will consist of rookies and veterans, including:
Glen Jacobs and Booker Washington (Rookies) X-Pac and Justin Credible (of X-Factor) The Hurricane and Rosey (of The Superheroes) Perry Saturn, Christian (Veterans) Steven Richards and The Associate (Formerly of Money Inc.) Road Warrior Hawk and Road Warrior Animal (of The Legion of Doom)
In closing, Mr. McMahon says each of these 12 individuals will have the opportunity to compete in the 30-Man Over The Top Rope Royal Rumble match at our next pay-per-view just by winning their first match at Velocity #11/12. He says we will learn more about the entry numbers that could be drawn when the first three winners are decided next week, so don’t miss it!
2. Edge defeats Rob Van Dam in what is said to have been a “great” Tables match.[1]
3. The streaking new team of The Rock and Yokozuna defeat Test and A-Train (of the new Money Inc.) in a Tag Team match with the assistance of former Money Inc. members Steven Richards and The Associate.[2]
4. United States Champion John Cena defeats Matt Hardy in a Non-title Singles match. Afterwards, Jeff Hardy pulls the legs out from under his brother Matt and the two have to be separated at ringside.
5. Booker T successfully defends his Intercontinental Championship against Randy Orton in a Singles match for his second title defense. Ric Flair sees fit to bring down the title hopes of yet another rival to Evolution 2.0 through the use of interference, though it won’t be the last we hear from either of them tonight.
6. Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho successfully defend their Tag Team Championship against The Legion of Doom in a “great” Tag Team match for their second title defense.[3]
7. In the main event, Ric Flair defeats Sid Vicious in a Lumberjack match. Randy Orton and Stone Cold Steve Austin serve as lumberjacks for Sid, whereas Flair is flanked by his fellow Evolution 2.0 stablemates Triple H and Shawn Michaels. After a great deal of jockeying back and forth between the two sides, Ric Flair comes away victorious thanks to the aid of Triple H's trusty sledgehammer accessory.
Mr. McMahon refuses to take sides in the aftermath and instead appoints the first four spots in the Royal Rumble match to the four non-title holders in this scenario, namely Ric Flair, Sid Vicious, Randy Orton, and Stone Cold Steve Austin. The winner of the 30-Man Royal Rumble match in three weeks will face Triple H for his World Heavyweight Championship later at No Way Out. The runner-up won’t go away empty handed either since he will be guaranteed a shot at Shawn Michaels’ Undisputed Championship in a match also scheduled for No Way Out.
The main event for our next show Impact! #10 has been made a week early by Mr. McMahon. He says there will be a 6-Man Tag Team match with the added stipulation of a “Sledgehammer on a Pole.” Meaning, whichever side retrieves the sledgehammer first will be allowed to use it on their opponents for the duration of the match. As Jim Ross would say, this has the makings of a “Good Old Fashioned Slobberknocker!”
Notes:1. I used to write little notes like this in my books to remind myself of when I thought I had put together a great match. I realize now that it’s all subjective, but I was having fun and simply wanted to have that translate to my renewed hobby of playing with my Jakks figures. Also, this most certainly will not be the end of their feud, as evidenced by my entry in the Text Fed Board Supershow on November 14. Don’t forget to sign up!2. For the record, The Rock and Yokozuna did not run out of breath and ask to go to KFC at any point during this match. 3. Two "great" matches on one show?? Someone better alert R-Truth.

It would be great to see you revive this show if you see fit. I like your rosters. I just wish there were detailed match descriptions which I understand why you didn't because you weren't making this show for the forum.

It would be great to see you revive this show if you see fit. I like your rosters. I just wish there were detailed match descriptions which I understand why you didn't because you weren't making this show for the forum. Yeah, I'll try to provide as much info as I can about my fed, but you're right in saying that it wasn't initially conceived for this site. I would like to think it's more storyline driven anyway. At the very least, it stands as an example of how a teenage fan of WWE booked a figure fed over the course of a year and a half. Still, we've got a long way to go, my friend. I love that Toybiz Giant figure - I have it too. Cheers bud Oh, and Sid! I love that figure! Absolutely. There are many Toy Biz WCW figures that I would use to this day if I could. Those two were among my favorites, as well as "Macho Man" Randy Savage.
Impact! #10
1. WWE Owner Vince McMahon hypes up the crowd and speaks of his favorite time of the year, that being January, but not for the reasons that you may think. No, he’s not a sentimental kind of guy, and he doesn’t look forward to the New Year so that he can make and break resolutions like the rest of us. He says he won’t even address the upcoming holiday season given that his relationship with his kids has turned sour in recent weeks. You might dare say he has been burned of late.
Mr. McMahon says he longs for January because it means Royal Rumble season is upon us, and what better time than tonight to start planning for the big event. We're less than three weeks away now, and tonight will be the night to crown new Number 1 Contenders. Also, one individual will draw the lucky Number 30 upon achieving victory tonight. Who will it be? He says you’ll just have to watch and see. As for the rest of the entries in the Royal Rumble, Mr. McMahon says you won’t believe who has signed on to make a special appearance in the Royal Rumble match. More to come on that One later.
Finally, Mr. McMahon updates the condition of former Intercontinental Champion The Big Show who was injured in a Falls Count Anywhere match against Cactus Jack at last week’s show. He says Show landed wrong during the match and has suffered a bone bruise in his right knee. He will miss a couple of weeks of action and his status is uncertain for the upcoming pay-per-view.[1]
2. Eddie Guerrero survives as the winner of an impromptu 10-Man Over The Top Rope Battle Royal and in the process becomes the new Number 1 Contender for the Intercontinental Championship, which is currently held by Booker T. As expected, their title match will take place at the Royal Rumble. It should be an intense match, but which one will be able to take the heat and walk out as I.C. champion?[2]
3. The Rock and Yokozuna defeat The World’s Greatest Tag Team (Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin) in a Tag Team match to determine new Number 1 Contenders for the Tag Team Championship. The newly-dubbed “Samoan Duo” will get their title shot against the current Tag Team Champions Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho at the Royal Rumble. Can they keep the momentum going until then?
4. Edge approaches Rob Van Dam backstage in catering and challenges him to a fight on the spot. He bullies RVD into a quick response and before he can say a word, Edge slaps him hard over his right ear. RVD attempts to gather himself, but Edge is waiting for him with a folding chair and smashes him with it across the small of his back. Van Dam writhes in pain on the cold hard floor as Edge walks off with a smirk on his face. Despite beating RVD in a Tables match at our last show, it seems Edge isn’t done with him just yet. What more could he possibly have in store?[3]
5. Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy compete in a Singles match to determine a new Number 1 Contender for the United States Championship, but the finish of the match goes awry and neither walks out as the true top contender. As a result, U.S. Champion John Cena offers to face both Hardy brothers in a Triple Threat match at the Royal Rumble with his title on the line. The odds are certainly stacked against him in a 3-way, but is Cena smartened to the fact that the two brothers cannot get along at the moment? His confidence in taking the match shows that his money is on them tearing each other apart and leaving the scraps for him, or so he believes.
6. In the main event, the team of Randy Orton, Sid Vicious, and Stone Cold Steve Austin defeat Evolution 2.0 (Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and Ric Flair) in a 6-Man “Sledgehammer on a Pole” Tag Team match. Randy Orton gets the pinfall for his team after nailing Ric Flair over the head with a sledgehammer. Mr. McMahon congratulates Orton and company, but he says that only one person will walk away from tonight’s show as the holder of the Number 30 spot. Since he secured the pinfall for his team, Randy Orton is the clear choice. With a crumpled piece of paper in one hand and a sledgehammer in the other, Orton poses atop the turnbuckles and the show fades to black.[4]
Notes:1. The Big Show lost the Falls Count Anywhere match to Cactus Jack and injured himself upon receiving a Double Arm DDT on the exposed concrete outside of the ring. 2. The other nine competitors in this Mini Royal Rumble match were A-Train, Bad Ass Billy Gunn, Bubba Ray Dudley, D-Von Dudley, Eugene, Rey Mysterio, Road Dogg Jesse James, Test, and William Regal. 3. The rematch for next week is official, but this time Rob Van Dam and Edge will compete in a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs (TLC) match. 4. Stone Cold Steve Austin bested Triple H in their pursuit of the sledgehammer on the pole, which led to his team having free rein with it for the rest of the match. Unfortunately for Austin, Randy Orton used the sledgehammer last and covered Flair for the win, and thus came away with the coveted Number 30 spot in the Royal Rumble match. As a consolation prize, Austin and Sid Vicious received random draws and both seemed relatively pleased with their numbers. Except nothing pleases quite like being Number 30.

Thanks to you i'm looking through a box where we keep loads of old papars, remembering all my champs. In all fairness I love reading this, and it's really realistic but not because it's unique, not like me having Paul Burchill as my World Heavyweight Champion

Now that we’re about midway through the month of December 2004 in my fed’s recaps, I’ve decided to insert another show into the usual order of WWE programming with the first installment of “Afterburn”, a.k.a. the competitor’s show run by Stephanie McMahon and Dave Batista. In many ways, it’s a lot like what you’ve been reading thus far, but obviously the roster and title holders will be different. This additional set of results has been transcribed from a 5 1/2 x 4 1/8 inch Mead Garfield notebook. I will identify the figures that were used for this alternate fed as we go along. The first special event for Afterburn will not take place until after Episode #8, which means we’ve got at least another two months to build to it. Let’s get this started then, shall we?
Afterburn #1
1. An opening video package relays the following story:
It’s been several weeks since WWE Superstars began leaving in droves for the competition. First, it was Undertaker and Kane who left after Unforgiven in early December, followed by Kurt Angle at Velocity #5, then Rene Dupree and Rob Conway (of La Resistance) at Velocity #6, and finally Bret “The Hitman” Hart and Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart (of The Hart Foundation) at Impact! #8. Shortly thereafter, the doors were closed to Ohio Valley Wrestling, which had been a resource available to Vince McMahon and WWE in recent years. The person responsible for the buyout of OVW’s talent pool was none other than Stephanie McMahon.
No longer just the daughter of a multi-millionaire wrestling promoter, Ms. McMahon single-handedly capitalized on the growing discontent within the industry. Her willingness to offer guaranteed contracts to dozens of free agents with incentives such as time off and a certain amount of creative freedom has swayed the nonbelievers.
Stephanie’s journey commences with business partner/enforcer Dave Batista at her side. Can she compete with Vince McMahon or will it all be for naught? What will set her vision of the future apart from her father’s views on sports entertainment? Only time will tell, but the “Age of Afterburn” has already begun.
The video package concludes by previewing a collection of performers for tonight’s show, capped off by Undertaker and Kane standing face to face.{1}
2. American Phenom defeats Crash Holly, Chavo Guerrero, and Nunzio in a Fatal-4-Way match to become the new Cruiserweight Champion.
3. “Macho Man” Randy Savage defeats Jake “The Snake” Roberts in a Singles match.
4. An advertisement for Simon Dean’s new weight loss program called the “Simon System” pokes fun at the morbidly obese, in particular fellow wrestler and recent signee Rikishi.
5. The Hart Foundation (Bret “The Hitman” Hart and Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart) defeat La Resistance (Rob Conway and Sylvain Grenier) in a Tag Team match to become the new Tag Team Champions.
6. Rene Dupree defeats Raven, Gangrel, and The Big Red Machine in a Fatal-4-Way match to become the new International Champion.
7. In the main event, Undertaker defeats Kane in a Singles match, which means he will now be added to the World Heavyweight Championship match scheduled for Afterburn #3 in two weeks. Despite having fled WWE together, there is no love lost between the former Brothers of Destruction. It is a heated contest and when Kane comes up shy of the victory, he blows a gasket in front of Stephanie and Batista sitting at ringside. This is certainly not what either of them expected to have happen.
Despite their best attempts to de-escalate the situation, neither Stephanie nor Batista are able to contain Kane. The monster of a man pushes both of them out of his way, hopping the barrier and exiting through a stunned crowd. The look of embarrassment and frustration on the faces of Stephanie and Batista are enough to last a lifetime, but that will be all for this week.{2}{3}
Notes:1. Believe it or not, Stephanie McMahon is said to have produced this segment. Who knew? 2. According to an early press release sent out by Dave Batista, next week’s main event will be Kurt Angle vs. John “Bradshaw” Layfield and the winner will face Undertaker the following week for the vacant World Heavyweight Championship. Also, the situation with Kane will be addressed at the beginning of our next show. It is not expected to be good news given his outburst. 3. Here is a breakdown of all 20 figures that were used for this show: American Phenom - Jakks WWF Rebellion Series 2 Undertaker (TTL) Bret “The Hitman” Hart (of The Hart Foundation) – Jakks WWE Classic Superstars Exclusive Series 1 2-Pack (RA) Chavo Guerrero - Jakks WWF Rulers of the Ring Series 3 Eddie Guerrero (TTL) Crash Holly - Jakks WWF Rebellion Series 2 (TTL) Dave Batista – Jakks WWE Ruthless Aggression Series 11 (RA) Gangrel - Jakks WWF Titan Tron Live SmackDown Series 1 (TTL) Jake “The Snake” Roberts – Jakks WWE Classic Superstars Series 3 (RA) Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart (of The Hart Foundation) – Jakks WWE Classic Superstars Exclusive Series 1 2-Pack (RA) Kane – Jakks WWF Titan Tron Live Series 10 (TTL) “Macho Man” Randy Savage (of The Wolfpac) – Toy Biz WCW Smash ‘N Slam Series (Non-Jakks) Nunzio - OSFT ECW Bash of the Brawlers Series (Non-Jakks) Raven – Jakks WWF Rulers of the Ring Series 3 (TTL) Rene Dupree - Jakks WWE Ruthless Aggression Series 11 (RA) Rikishi – Jakks WWF Titan Tron Live WrestleMania XVII Series 8 (TTL) Rob Conway (of La Resistance) – Jakks WWE WrestleMania Winners Tag Team Series 2-Pack (Toys”R”Us Exclusive) (RA) Simon Dean - Jakks WWF Signature Series Collection 6-Pack Kurt Angle (Toys"R"Us Exclusive) (TTL) Sylvain Grenier (of La Resistance) - Jakks WWE WrestleMania Winners Tag Team Series 2-Pack Rene Dupree (Toys”R”Us Exclusive) (RA) Stephanie McMahon - Jakks WWF Titan Tron Live SmackDown Series 7 (TTL) The Big Red Machine - Jakks WWF Titan Tron Live Series 1 Kane (TTL) Undertaker - Jakks WWE Ruthless Aggression Series 11 (RA)

Velocity #11 - Dated December 29th, 2004 1. Vince McMahon welcomes everyone to the new Velocity! [1]Tonight will be the start of qualifying Singles matches for the Royal Rumble pay-per-view in two weeks. But first, he would like to address the current status of the entrants in the Rumble match thus far. The updated list appears on the Titan Tron as such: Number 30
Randy Orton Number 24 Stone Cold Steve Austin Number 22 Sid Vicious There are 27 spots remaining. All three men qualified by defeating Evolution 2.0 at our last show, Impact! #10. Orton secured the Number 30 spot by pinning Ric Flair; the other 29 spots will be chosen at random. Mr. McMahon says three more names will be added to the list after tonight’s show, so let’s get to it! Results: 2. The Hurricane defeats Justin Credible in a Singles match. 3. Glen Jacobs (a Kane figure) defeats Booker Washington (a Booker T figure) in a Singles match. 4. In the main event, Perry Saturn defeats Road Warrior Animal in a Singles match. Here are the numbers that were drawn at random after tonight’s matches: Number 13 The Hurricane Number 6 Glen Jacobs (rookie, not Kane) Number 28 Perry Saturn Notes:1. The link will take you to the original printouts that were used for my new Velocity entrance setup. The document is dated December 29, 2004. I don't have any pics of the completed entrance, nor do I remember what it looked like before or after this episode, but my guess is that, based on the cutbacks, it couldn't have been much.

Impact! #111. Randy Orton has been having the time of his life since toppling Evolution 2.0 last week. He feels like he can accomplish almost anything, and his sights are set on the Royal Rumble match in less than two weeks. Before he can get there, he’s got a challenger in his midst by the name of United States Champion John Cena. Cena won a non-televised match this week and randomly drew Number 29, which gives him the second best odds of winning the Rumble match behind Orton. He’s going to prove to everyone tonight why he should be the favorite when he squares off against Orton in our main event! Results: 2. The World’s Greatest Tag Team and The Dudley Boyz survive to defeat the new Money Inc. (Test & A-Train), The New Age Outlaws, and Eugene & William Regal in a Five-way No Disqualification Elimination Tag Team match. The match ended as soon as the field was narrowed to two teams, and those remaining four competitors all earned entry into the Rumble match. Here are their numbers: Number 15 Shelton Benjamin Number 2 Charlie Haas Number 4 Bubba Ray Dudley Number 27 D-Von Dudley 3. Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho have not lost a Tag Team Championship match since winning the titles at Armageddon. Likewise, The Samoan Duo (The Rock & Yokozuna) have not lost a Tag Team match since joining forces at Velocity #9. It will all come to a head at the Royal Rumble when both sides meet in the ring, but for now they meet out of respect in the backstage area. They can be seen smiling, shaking hands, and wishing each other the best of luck come the pay-per-view. 4. Rob Van Dam defeats Edge in a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs (TLC) match to even up their series of recent one-on-one weapons-based matches. Edge walked away the victor in a Tables match at Velocity #10, but RVD got his win back. There is nowhere else to go from here except one final match at the Royal Rumble. It will be a 2-out-of-3 Falls match with varying levels of difficulty. The match is slated to have a full length write up on November 14, and here is what that entails: I will be submitting a 2-out-of-3 Falls match between Rob Van Dam and Edge. The first fall is a standard Singles match where all of the rules apply. The second fall should open things up a bit with a No Disqualification stipulation. If we're tied at one fall apiece, then we'll advance to the third and final fall which is Falls Count Anywhere. 5. Rey Mysterio has always had Eddie Guerrero’s back since they’ve been in WWE. They briefly teamed together and lost their opportunity for the Tag Team titles at Impact! #2, but their friendship has never wavered. In fact, it only strengthened when Eddie’s hide was saved by Rey at Armageddon. Now that Eddie has found his way back into title contention for Booker T’s Intercontinental Championship, Rey has stated he will support him all the way to the gold! He plans to be in his best friend’s corner at the Royal Rumble, and says there is nothing that will stop Eddie from becoming the new Intercontinental Champion. 6. In the main event, Randy Orton defeats U.S. Champion John Cena in a Non-title Singles match. Orton and Cena have a lot more to worry about then just order of placement, it seems; they might not even make it to the Rumble! Before the night is out, both men receive a merciless beating at the hands of World Heavyweight Champion Triple H, Undisputed Champion Shawn Michaels, and Ric Flair! Evolution 2.0 sends a message that no matter who stumbles across the finish line in the Royal Rumble match, be it Cena, Orton, or someone else entirely, the prize waiting for that person at the end will be a beat down just like the one seen here tonight.
