That Trish is ridiculously good. Certainly the best Unforgiven Trish I've seen. Everything else looks awesome, my favorite Candice of the three is the battle royale one, the corset looks factory painted. Maria looks better with the addition of the garter and belt since I've seen it last.

That was just an old TTL elbow pad i cut up(I was going to use them for thoses things the APA use to wear but never got around to doing it)

Trish is very cool....so are the rest.
The gloves on Sharmell do look good, & Layla seems to look better without them!
I've changed the arms at the elbow before, which was easy enough....is it harder to change them at the shoulder? same process?

I find switching them at the shoulder(from the bicep down not the whole arm) is the easyest switch to make.

If you just boil the figure the arms pop right off at the shoulder. The joint is like a mushroom that just fits into a mushroom shaped hole in the arm of the figure...........its quite easy and reversible. I was more afraid of switching anything with pins when I first started customizing.

Good stuff! I think I might follow your lead with putting the RA26 Candice head on the 29 body. It's just so much better.
I don't love Torrie as Maria. They don't really look alike to me. But I do like the outfit you've created.
How are you switching arms? I haven't ever attempted this, but would like to on a few figures.

Put the top half of the figure in boiling water and let the plastic get soft, then they just pop right off at the shoulder/ball joint thing. You can even do it without the boiling water if it isn't too settled in its place (sometimes the mushroom sticks in the hole and stretches the piece that connects the arm to the shoulder, so I suggest water)

Well i use a hair dryer to make the plastic soft then pop the arm right off. I find this way much faster then boiling the figure in water.
