Mattel changed the design after the UE Hollywood Hogan. Im not surprised it doesn’t work on Amazon Hogan as he came out after the change was made. With UE Hollywood Hogan, let him sit in hot water for about 3-4 minutes then the torso should pop off with little resistance. So it'll work on UE Series 4 Shawn? If so, I wonder if it'll work on the rerelease It won’t. UE4 Shawn needs to be cracked. |

Bought a few spare E92 Ric Flairs (found cheap at Ollie's) for the Horsemen shirts.... decided to play around with a few spare parts I had... since there are no new Ric Flair figures on the horizon, I need my fix..... Must say, I'm amazed at how many Flair robes we DIDN'T get.... purple, yellow, green..... his late-career black/blue..... I'm sure the robes are a PAIN to manufacture, but I sure would have liked a few more..... Going for that early-1994 Ric Flair here....  Is that a leather belt? Also, Ralphs figure clothing still sells a lot of ric flair robes with different colors. The quality is good. The price though is 17.99 each. Just a thought if you wanted to get more. His black/blue one is there and looks really good in the pics Confession, it's a JAKKS belt. I just think it photographs better than the Mattel versions, which tend to reflect the WWE version (more gold, and the bright red gems).... the JAKKS version has that worn, grittier look that I think resembles the Big Gold Belt a little better.... And thanks for the reminder. Just to treat myself, I ordered a yellow robe for my various yellow-tights Flair fixer-uppers I've been doing..... I'll post pics whenever it comes! |

Any ideas for a u.e torso for Jake the Snake ?
Or any ideas for what to do with a hollywood hogan torso? Wondering if theres any elite legends i can make into a u.e with it

Is there a way to be able to tell if a UE torso will work with an Elite trunk piece? Saw a video on YouTube where some Elite trunk pieces worked with some UE torsos, but not always.

I know for sure the new and old HBK and new and old Ripped bodies can be used on normal trunks and Hollywood and Amazon Hogan work on Hogan trunks. |

Mattel absolutely cannot get this color blue right, and I was wondering if any of you all knew of any brands/shades that matches this color? I think it would make certain figures pop way more than the dull light blue Mattel uses. I believe they pulled it off once with their first Mr. Perfect, and then never again.   |

The Madness i was gonna use an elite tatanka once upon a time, because it's closer to that sid justice tone in certain lighting/photos. but i dont think there's any good option yet

Noticed the Yellow Stripes on the old Elite 4 Kofi were flaking bad, so I washed off the lines, leaving a much nicer IMO grey stripe. The OG was cool but there's certain guys you just can't put in yellow!   |

Swapped the Legends Luger torso onto Roman’s lower body and works ok for a 1998 Wolfpac Luger. I happened to get the chase on my first purchase so I just threw the ponytail head and the shirt - and small strips of black electrical tape as wrist bands- on the Hollywood Cena and it works great I think |

It's probably the best paint on the market as far as toys go. They're super durable and have a great finish (JUST MAKE SURE IT'S NOT ENAMEL). I've tried other brands (Tamiya, Vallejo) even the cheap stuff like Apple Barrel. I think Folk Art also makes a paint that's durable (but I can't remember the type I bought) it's just not the same results as Testors though. I use paint markers, but for my artwork. I think most are water based and then there are oil based. Not sure how they hold up on figures. |

Any recommendations for what double jointed arms would work best for HOF 4-pack Mr. Perfect? Looking for something more fitting for him and want the updated tech (of course skintone matching as well). My understanding is that to do so, you either have to modify the shoulder pegs where the arms fit on or torso crack and replace the shoulders.
