are you a fan of painted shirts more than cloth shirts? youre gonna have to superglue it, or do some long extreme modding to it which i still dont think possible? It's actually not that big a deal to mix and match basic and elite. It's a little more difficult if you must maintain all articulation of the rotating torso but crack both torso, take the basic torso and make sure it will fit on the elite peg. If memory serves correct it should be loose but you should be able to close the account torso around the peg. If so, take some Aves apoxy sculpt and fill the bottom of each side of the new torso and then put it back together. There was a discussion about this in the old fix-up thread I believe. When I have done this in the past, I don't worry about the waist articulation but I think Apoc was maybe the one who described to me how to do it and maintain articulation Yeah he's good with it. I know he's put basic torsos on elite bodies and is able to keep full articulation @zombieapocalypse |

I was also wondering this myself. Would like to get around to swapping the basic Randy Orton Walmart T-shirt series "RKO" shirt from when he held both belts onto an Elite trunks. Is this possible, or has anyone actually done this? I think the tshirt would look killer on an elite. For that Orton shirt, I am because of the detail on the back. With a cloth shirt, they wouldn't make the "Strike First" words appear on the back. The painted shirt is better in this aspect. Okay, first I have a minor fix up for Sting. I found a much more in scale bat for him and I painted it black. In my opinion it looks much much better than that oversized, bent thing we get in the box.   Next, we have my Wrestlemania 18 Hogan and I'm pretty pleased with it. I'm kinda happy we didnt get Hollywood Hogan in the end because it got me Into customizing and now I'm on a mission to make every version I can.     Finally, we have something that isnt wrestling and I apologize if its not supposed to be here but I took the Walgreens exclusive Emperors Wrath Vader and re-painted the head. Painted it black and used silver to paint the little pieces on the nose and mouth pieces. Its a new head sculpt and it looks so much better than the first release when it comes to shape and size. I missed out on the Regular black series Vader and I needed a regular one in my collection.    Thanks for looking. |

I have one at home that I can take pics of for you but I don't get home till about 7:00. I used the Cesaro torso, basic Balor black sleeve arms, basic head, a random black crotch piece, but I can't remember what thighs and the basic balor shins/boots |

Question: Has anyone here used a Japanese mini big head on a Mattel before? I've got a Muta body that needs a head, maybe if I dremeled the inside it'll fit?

It's super easy, What you need to do, after you crack both torsos is take the basic torso and fill both sides with sculpt (just the bottom part) and make a mold of the elite trunk peg. Let it sit till it hardens , clean up any rough edges that stick out, try a dry fit and see if any sculpt is preventing a tight seal, if it is then sand it off, if it closes tight then glue it up. If you can't do it then PM me and we can work out a deal. |
