Screwing around, gaining more painting practice. Based on his WM31 look. Repainted the jeans black, removed the wrist bandanna from his right hand, painted an elbow pad grey. Added a bit of grey to the beard too, but I'm having a hard time mixing the right shade. Unfortunately, his biceps are on my KO custom, so I had to use what I have.

Hi guys just wanting a bit of advice re painting. I've been filling some gaps in my collection recently and have just picked up a Series 3 Shelton Benjamin. The figure was in good condition, played with but all of the scuffs came off with a pencil eraser. Only thing is scuffs to the hair has removed some of the paint. Any advice in how to fix it, type of paint, brush etc... Has anyone fixed up a Shelton Benjamin before, can anyone suggest the best colour to use. Would you recommend repainting the whole hair or just touching up where it has worn? Sorry for the noob questions but I have never painted a figure before and have zero art skills, willing to give it a go though. Cheers in advance

WIP. Tougher to make than I thought. The pleather is a bit thick I thought, what you can do I can do better but then I broke a piece of the neck off. Still got it on, needs paint though as it's an elite 32 Bryan with B57 Finn head and left arm and then a wrist taped right arm. Have a SCSA HOF vest I'm gonna paint over so that it just says Bullet Proof on the back

B2 Punk could also work maybe if you don't want to mod and do hairswaps

Any head ideas for NXT's Buddy Murphy? There's a semi-early Triple H head that might work. I think they started using it around Basic 10. It's the one where the hair is kind of hanging around the front of his face.

Any head ideas for NXT's Buddy Murphy? How about Basic series 9 Edge? The head has been used for a couple other Edge figures; I think most recently in Basic 40.

That head hasn't been used in an extremely long time

That head hasn't been used in an extremely long time Dang, you're right! My bad; this scan and the scan from Basic 40 looked similar to me.

I am not liking the KO eyebrows fix up. Maybe it isn't noticeable in hand but in the pic you clearly see where they are in the the head sculpt still. Maybe if you sanded them down it would look more natural.

Pj, the originals on the right. Left is t he fix I misread that and thought it was in a before and after sequence. Whoops! In that case it is much better now.
