All kneepads are the same I thought this, but I once tried to put some kneepads off a Basic Sandow onto an Elite and they just wouldn't go on Wasn't sure if the legs were thicker on the Elite or something Probably just need to heat the pads up and stretch them |

TheXtremisT I want to like your RVD custom more than the one time I am allowed. RVD is my fav and that is a damn fine paint job on the singlet.

Wow thanks to all who liked and commented! I really appreciate the kind words, and really love doing his attires, no matter how complex. TheXtremisT I want to like your RVD custom more than the one time I am allowed. RVD is my fav and that is a damn fine paint job on the singlet. Haha cheers man, glad you liked it as a huge RVD fan myself - I definitely want to do more of his attires. A question for everyone who can help out - what is THE BEST recipe for Kurt Angle, circa 2000? I think judging by the look of the singlet, Bret Hart elite upper half would work, then I am thinking a singlet Warrior lower half for the thicker legs? And how about some red/blue elbow/knee pads? What options are there out there before I admit defeat and have to paint some? Thanks in advance  |

Don't know how you can follow that Van Dam, but here's a couple quick shots of a couple I did real quick (shot with iphone, sorry for quality): Kane I gave larger arms, head swap with an elite and hair from a DA Undertaker. Still need to clean up the gauntlet on the left arm. Wanted a 2001 esq feel to his current look. Want to add studs to the gloved hand and maybe a belt.   Austin I gave TTL lower legs. Found a pair that had a more peachy flesh tone than white, matches great! I did have to trim a little off the sides if the knee peg. It did drop his height a little but I think it helps make his legs a little more stalky. Still may switch the foot with a mattel.    Wip Nash and XPac for place holders until I can get actual basics of each. Went RA/Mattel hybrid with both. Diesel upper body on Corporate Kane legs, minor trimming needed. Swagger torso on 123 Kid legs with painted head. Still need to do some touch ups on both. HBK is there for height comparison as well as torso and arm swap. Like this look more personally.  |

No Mercy 2016 Dolph Ziggler Need to paint the black logos and such on the tights pink, and I can't make decals so this is good for me until we get an official one.   |

 Did a fixup of HOF Macho.... Obviously the head is the EG but I swapped the thunder thighs for Wade Barret (E24) and kept the original calves. I think these thighs look much better than the ones they originally had on the figure. But, I did save those thighs because they looked really good with the Funk torso. I ordered a cheap Arn Anderson on ebay to use for the torso. I cut the tongues off the boots so the pads would fit lower on the calves. |
