Sorry to double post, but my elite Flashback Booker T's ankle just snapped off I can't get it replaced because it's the Harlem Heat version. Has anyone ever opened up the inner part of the elite's ankle? Is it safe to do so without ruining it?

I just wrapped one around each joint, then used a needle tool to push them into the torso out of sight.

My suggestion here (if you want to keep the boot as is) would be to heat up the ankle (boiling water would probably be better in this instance) and use a pair of longnosed/needlenosed pliers to pull the joint out. If any of the joint is left in the foot, remove that as well. Then if you have a spare black boot, remove the joint from that and place it into Booker's boot and reattach the foot. Alternatively, you could just swap the boot out with a plain black one, but you would lose the flame on the side unless you make a decal. Hope this helps!

JP thank you my man. So the ankle joint just comes out by boiling? I thought those were literally integrated into the boot? If so, that’s what I’d like to do, buying another booker for the design would be a hassle.

I can't say for certain that it's the same on every figure, but I have done it in the past with other figures. It is very fiddly though, so you will need to set a good hour aside to do it.

Even though I'm not the person who asked the question, I appreciate this info. I've got a Yokozuna foot in the same position but am guessing I'm out of luck because an elite barefoot isn't easy to come by? Any thoughts on how I might be able to fix my one Yoko foot?

Would the Randy Orton in the WM 22 battlepack basic be able to add parts to an Elite. I want to take my WM Elite Randy Orton and change the heads and arms so that I can have a Randy Orton Elite for Evolution. Would that work?

An Umaga/Afa/Sika figure will give you a good replacement foot. The trouble with the samoan figures (and Kamala) is the ankle joints are very brittle on them - but same solution here, heat up the leg, remove the foot, heat up the leg again and pull the joint out. Swap in your Umaga/Afa/Sika foot and joint and you're good to go.

Anybody popped the Series 100 Undertaker head onto an Elite body?
Based on the hairline (looks older) which Elite would fit with this head scan?
