Like others here, I only collect who ever I care for. (Paige, Lita, ect.)
My brother, however; has collected all 6 AJ Lee figures and a few others when prices were good.

I do buy them. If I ever find them. Since starting to collect again in 2013. I found Elite 21 AJ Lee, a Basic AJ Lee, Elite 34 Paige, Basic 49 Emma, Basic 50 Summer Rae, and Battle pack Lana. Still hoping to find Basic 51 Stephanie Mcmahon and Elite 37 Stephanie Mcmahon.

I only buy divas if I want them for my little setup I got in my room, so basically never, the only diva I am getting is brie bella, and that's just to be in daniel bryan's corner, or to sit on my shelf for the rest of my life.

Not normally, It has to be an amazing diva figure. The last Diva figure I owned was Mickie James.

Yep, I have every WWE Mattel womens figure up to the latest AJ MOC (E37 Steph on it's way to me)and some of the more recent ones also loose on display. I started off buying only the womens figures for a few years, have gradually bought some of the flashbacks both Elite and basics, the last being DDP.
