After collecting WWE Mattel for a good 3-4 years, I decided to quit that as I found wrestling to be more and more lame and my motivation to spend money on WWE figures went down, fast, I wanted to find something new to collect!
I looked at the Star Wars 'Black series' but they seem abit overpriced to me. Like, 30$ per figure? Abit much for what they are.
So basically, what do you collect and do you recommend it?

I collected Marvel Legends and Marvel Minimates for a while, trying to get back, but the wallet doesn't agree. I have a LEGO Lord Of The Rings/Hobbit, Star Wars and Marvel collection. I also have WWE Stackdown collection, but that doesn't matter in this situation. I collect Baseball, Basketball, Football, and Wrestling cards, and Funko POPs.

The Mattel line has quieted down a bit and I've found I can be very selective with my buys these days so I've started to collect Pop Vinyls. Love the variety

DC Collectables' new Batman Animated collector figure line is pretty amazing (well apart from the quality control problems in wave 1 but they're being re-released soon)

I don’t recommend this for everybody, but collecting Championship Title Belts is my personal habit. If you started collecting them when I started, they are pretty affordable and you can complete the collection(s) as I have. Aside from the cost, there are only a few Mattel kids sized toy Championship title Belts to collect. There are currently only 11. Now Jakks might be a little too much in terms of quantity and cost, since there were about 19 Championship Title Belts with the WWE logo, 4 TNA Championship Title Belts, 5 MMA Championship Title Belts and a Rocky Championship Title Belt, and some being “rare” since Jakks doesn’t make them anymore…for now. I can tell you this much, you will never lose your motivation or interest to collect the Championship Title Belts, only because you are not collecting specific characters, you would be collecting replicas of history.

I'm on board with Replica belts as well. Picking anything up from the 30% off WWE.com sale today? Been sitting at my desk debating with myself if I want to grab that NXT title. It's kind of ugly but I love the product. |

I have to agree with @maddie1339
I used to only collect wwe figs, but have started in on marvel legends, DCUC, and 3.75 star wars figs
I just buy characters i like from each series

I wish more high-quality CLASSIC video game figures got made, I'm pretty much a retired gamer these days but when I was a kid video games were my life and action figures are always my medium of choice to celebrate the characters I love
