Kevin Owens has to win the the title on Sunday,since his big first win against Cena he's been slipping down the card.Having Owens as IC Champion would be great for everyone invouled with him Owens having something worth while to do,getting the IC title over once again and gain back credibility and most of all putting on great PRO WRESTLING matches.
He could and should easily have a 6 month plus reign as champion maybe even go as far as to break the IC Title record held by Honky Tonk Man.So many match and feuds to be had against Ambrose,Ziggler,Cesaro,Neville,Ryback,Jericho,Joe,Balor,Zayn,Bubba Ray...ect and maybe even guys like Reigns and Orton if they want to move them out from a time from the main event scene.

Not me. Owens is garbage. Until he gets rid of the farmers tan, and stops wearing attire I would wear to play some street basketball, then he won't be anything in the WWE. Plus Cena had to remain US Champion, because he was only gonna drop that title to the WWE Champion, thus making him look awesome cause it took the WWE Champion to take the US Title off of him. Cena still remains strong. Smart on Cena's end. I'm going to get into the Kevin Owens debate with you. We see things VASTLY differently when it comes to him. Same goes for Anvil Fan and his post in here, he and I see things in wrestling unbelievably differently. I just don't see there is money to be made with Kevin Owens. My opinion of him is that he somehow got a cult following and everyone just HAS to like him now because of that. To me Owens looks like a joke. Ryback looks like a legit monster. He looks like a wrestler in Vince's eyes. Ryback will no doubt beat Owens on Sunday. Now if it was a 3 way with Cesaro involved, I could see Owens beating Cesaro to take the IC Title off of Ryback. But I can't see Ryback laying it down for Owens. |

I don't mind Ryback, but he doesn't do any favors for the IC title. And the IC title hasn't done him any favors. I think it's time for them to part ways.
Owens as champion can have great matches each week and hopefully restore the IC's prestige much like Cena did with the US title. Owens vs Cesaro, Neville, or Ziggler all have potential to be very entertaining feuds. Especially if the IC title is involved.

I will never get how some people think Owens is garbage. His first 3 PPV matches he stole the show in every one. I love his look. He's unique. He stands out. He also looks like he could legitimately handle himself in a fight. Ryback does not come close to Owens in any way. Owens is the best heel in the WWE right now.

Beats Ryback Sunday, and again at Hell in a Cell. On a team at Survivor Series, Ladder Match with Neville at TLC. Beats Ziggler at Rumble, eliminated by Sami Zayn in Rumble match. No Contest with Zayn at Fast Lane, loses to Zayn at WrestleMania. Sprinkle in a few defenses on Raw and SmackDown and call it good. I think you might as well hand in a resume to WWE about being on their creative team, because this would be so ideal and great to see, but I think a triple threat/fatal fourway ladder match with Ziggler and someone else(Bryan if he's healthy would be spectacular). But that's just my wants :b |

If his gimmick was that he was a street fighter, then I would accept how he looks. But the gimmick of being "too lazy to hit the weights, train properly, and attempt to lose the farmers tan" doesn't seem like a very good gimmick to have. So to me, he is garbage. I have yet to drink the koolaid that everyone else seems to drink when it comes to this man. He is lucky at best to be where he is at in his career, and there will never be a day where I will say I am a fan of his. If people like him, great. Just not my cup of tea. |

If you don't want to be a fan of his that's fine, but to say he's garbage is just plain ignorant. He's an excellent heel, good on the mic. Consistently has great matches. 3 with Cena, against Balor in Tokyo and Brooklyn. Countless great matches with Neville on NXT and Raw, and with Sami Zayn as well. When's he's put on this many great matches in such a short space of time, it's just plain ignorant to say he's garbage. Oh, do you have insider knowledge? Did Triple H himself tell you Eva Marie is booked to win the NXT Women's Title? Rumours. The same rumours that said Bayley was facing Dana Brooke next month at Takeover, but she's actually facing Sasha Banks. So I'm not taking those rumours as credible. |

Owens is a poor mans Punk. Since Punks gone the fan boys have to worship somebody. Is it just me, or does he seem like hes away short of breathe?

i am just hoping to see ryback finally have a great match and i think ko can bring it out of him. and how can anyone really blame ryback for his i-c run? hes been hurt half the time and in a feud with big show the other half. both major negatives that he cant control.

I want Owens to win because the IC Title has always been one of my favorite belts, and Ryback has been one of the worst champions I have seen in my 20+ years watching wrestling. Chyna included. But to answer the question...Jericho, Cesaro, Kalisto, or Ziggler would be my picks for the feud. I used to be a pretty big Ryback fan but I just haven't cared since they used him as fodder for John Cena and then did nothing with him for a long time. I was hoping this title run would turn things around but it's actually made me care less about him. I wouldn't say is entirely his fault though. Who could make a feud with the Big Show and Miz interesting? |

I would think he'd wrestle people like Ziggler, Cesaro, Neville, Ambrose, and eventually Bryan for the IC Title.
I think a perfect person to eventually beat him for the IC Title would be Sami Zayne so with any luck that will happen at say WM 32.
