IWC. I HATE that phrase just like you all do, but it's who I'm referring to.
What is this mentality of all or nothing in the WWE?
1- Daniel Bryan
Bryan gets over, doesn't win Royal Rumble or enter it in 2014, fans hijack the rumble and Raws to follow. The forums explode in anger with furious rants on the WWE board about being forced with Batista.
Bryan beats Triple H, Randy Orton, Batista all in the same night to win the WWE AND WORLD title belts in the MAIN EVENT of WRESTLEMANIA 30, gets injured, fans are angry again.
Bryan doesn't win 2015 Rumble, fans are furious.
It wouldn't have mattered who won, Bret Hart coulda came back at number 1 and won the whole thing and because it wasn't Bryan, it wouldn't matter.
No matter what, if you don't like Bryan, you are greeted with strong resistance from the forums.
2 - Sting's WWE run
56 year old Sting FINALLY signs with WWE. Gets his 'Mania match against Triple H, in a featured match on the card. Gets a special entrance. Loses from getting hit with a sledgehammer. IWC explodes that Sting is ruined.
Sting returns to contend for the WWE WORLD TITLE, against another internet golden boy, Rollins, takes an insane table bump, gets legitimately injured, loses to Rollins clean, WWE has therefore ruined Sting.
30 year career, multiple NWA, WCW, TNA World Champion, whole career ruined by two losses in the twilight of his career in the WWE.
What is this entitlement attitude? Is this really what it's come to?
Sit back and do your best to enjoy the product. It blows currently, but Sting in the WWE regardless of how he is used is something people here prayed for, and now it's happening and you have found something to complain about.
We say Undertaker is too old but we complain when Sting doesn't win the World Championship.
I guess I don't get it.

In the case of Sting it's different people having different opinions. Sometimes those in favour of him winning are louder than those in favour of him losing and vice versa. In the case of Bryan, that's hardly just the "IWC."

Just enjoy the product yourself without worrying about others opinions. Why the hell do people care so much about this stuff? If you are enjoying or at least having a little fun with the product, more power to you but worrying about what the "cool kids of the fandom" think is just not a healthy way to enjoy anything.

No matter what, if you don't like Bryan, you are greeted with strong resistance from the forums. I guess I don't get it. I'm confused... is the IWC us, or those that are at Raws/Rumble? I strongly dislike the negative "IWC" labeling... but I don't see how the fringe group that's supposed to be the "IWC" can also be the thousands and thousands of people that "hijack" the shows. It just can't be both ways to me. We're always told that we in the IWC are just a small, yet vocal (internet) minority, but those that watch and attend Raws and PPV's don't necessarily reflect that community. It just can't be both ways... Many of your points seem unfocused, confused or over-generalized to me... For instance--there is no relation between what happened at WM30 and his injury a month or so later and the resulting "anger" as you put it... and really disappointment is probably more accurate. I think I was more disappointed that Bryan was put in such a crappy role at the last Rumble, with a lame elimination. At that point, they'd probably have been better off just to leave him out again. (Truthfully I don't know, he was still over enough that people might have freaked--and it was before Fastlane where Reigns truly showed he could put on a spectacular singles match) Also, it's getting to the point where there are plenty of Danial Bryan detractors, here on this forum (which is part of the IWC). I guess my main point is.. at least in regards to the Bryan stuff, you need to figure out which is the IWC and which is the mass of crowds causing decent at the Rumbles and Raws mentioned.

The IWC is not a hivemind. What part of that do people simply not understand? It's called not everybody thinks along the same lines.

There are those that unless they get everything they want/expect, they label it as a failure. They voice it to the point of nausea. They're never happy with a "step in the right direction" type of story. They have no patience. They want everything to play out within 3 hours.
It is what it is, I suppose. It drives me crazy at times, but you aren't going to be able to change it. So I only worry about how much I enjoy things and pay lil to no attention to the constant complainers.

B!+c#!n6 about the IWC B!+c#!n6 doesn’t solve anything. You’re literally complaining about the complainers. It’s kind of like when someone posts a topic about anything, and instead of contributing ideas to said topic, people posts why the idea is garbage. Why bother posting if it doesn’t add anything?? Why derail a topic, because the idea isn’t “realistic” or make sense, in some cases.
If Sting won at Night Of Champions, people will complain that Seth Rollins couldn’t beat an old man. If the Dudley Boyz won at Night Of Champions, same thing.
The way I see it is exactly that, see it. Let the complainers complain. Let the B!+c#3$ B!+c#. Let the fantasy bookers book in a thread without $#!++!n6 on it.
By the way, Sting should have won at Night Of Champions!! So should have the Dudley Boyz. Night Of Champions should have been the Pay Per View where every Championship Title should have changed hands, but I’ll start another topic for that discussion.
