Pretty neat clip, hate hearing that $4.99 price tag, makes me miss it haha.
As much as I hate resellers, I really don't see the case the kids have. People can charge whatever they want at their own shops.

Thanks for posting this! I've been searching for this clip for a while.
I remember watching this a while ago, and getting jealous over the 4.99 price tag for the figures.

Although I can see that he has the right to charge whatever he wants for the figure, I don't like scalping and I'm kind of glad he didn't get away with it.

I don't like scalpers either but what's the difference between this guys shop and RSC. Both charging above retail if you want them early. There is no difference. They are entitled to charge whatever they want for the items in their store. I believe the reason the judge ruled in favor of the plaintiff (Anthony) was because he had a right to return the figures and void the deal since he was a minor. Honestly, the kid should have known the price was over-inflated if he indeed was a collector of these figures. He said that he was going to wait for them to show up at Toys"R"Us, yet somehow he gets talked into paying nearly triple what he would have paid elsewhere. Something doesn't add up here, unless the kid was just a complete dumbass lol. I was the same age as this kid in 1999 when I paid $15 for a brand new BCA Breakdown In Your House Series Droz figure at a local collector's shop, and I knew exactly what I was doing. Sure, I was getting ripped off, but I didn't care because it meant that I would own this brand new figure before any of my friends.
