I'd think if the ban is lifted they'd do him knowing too many ppl want him and that there's tons of money to be made. I don't know about that, Mattel are careful about what products they put out and were one of the reasons that WWE went PG. Plus they are one the richest toy companies in the world they don't need to sell a couple of Hogan's just to make some money. Right and razor ramon, Hbk, ric flair, ultimate warrior and Jake Roberts are all saints. If hulk is back in the wwe Mattel will be releasing his figs.

The only one there that is remotely close to Hogan is Warrior, Scott Hall killed a guy but it was self defence and the rest were just on drugs and alcohol (just like everyone else).

I wish they would release the figures. Hulk Hogan the character said nothing racist on television. Chris Benoit the character never killed someone on wwe tv, lets make his figure. Chyna the character never did porn on wwe tv, lets make her figure.

Lol and drugs n murder are def pg. I hear your point bro but Mattel doesn't make toys to make kids happy. Like everything in this country it's about money. If they can sell Hogan figs without any issues or negativity on their brand they will make him.

if only bill lied to WWE and said it was already to late in production to cancle it. Privately, they probably told him to shelve it for the time being. Hogan may be back in 6 months, a year from now or never. WWE was so quick to cut Hogan lose that it actually helped the story go away. They had to fire him. If they waited a week then THAT would've been the story. Certain groups would say, "We can't associate with a company that employs a man like that to be one of their faces." They gave no one that chance. It was a good move for both considering the crappy situation. I still think we'll get that figure some day, just not as soon as we had hoped.

I think in time, Hogan will be back with WWE - or at least sign some sort of Legends deal. He's such a HUGE/important part of WWE's history. I wouldn't be surprised if Vince said something like "we have to let you go - but once all this blows over...". Man... just imagine a Mattel 3-pack like this(!). What could have been...

I wonder if we could still get Hulk in the blue workout pants? Did Bill ever answer that?

If you're talking about the Billy the Kid and Jack the Ripper figures, they did their killing before the 20th century so enough time had passed . I'm pretty sure those weren't sold at TRU. KB might have carried them?

Give it time. People will move on and pretend to care about something else just to inflate their sense of superior morality in due time. Ding ding ding

Listening to Ric Flair's podcast, they briefly discussed Hogan...we're VERY lucky we're even getting nWo merch/figures at all. Apparently Kevin Nash & Hogan own the nWo rights. When Hogan was banned if you remember all the nWo merch was taken down as well. Apparently that highly pissed Nash off and he flew straight to Conn to meet with the WWE to get the nWo merch back on the market because it takes money out of his pocket. Just imagine if they banned all nWo stuff and we had to cancel not only Hogan but possibly even RSC Scott Hall and maybe The Outsiders 2 pack.

That was one of their better deals made in their WCW days. Does Hall not have part ownership of the rights? That seems a little unfair, but it makes a lot of sense, I suppose.

The way it was explained was that all 3 of them owned either all or a share of it. Nash bought out Hall's portion (which was probably good because of the state Hall was in).

Nash wouldn't let his best friend want for anything, would he?

They may own the rights to the name but maybe WWE owns the rights to the image? Im not sure. They didnt really dig too much into it.
