I got a Giant elite in the mail today, but he has black stains on the back of his leg.
Would acetone do the trick?

Well, this guy's getting bad feedback. It wasn't visible in the pics.

I'd figure you could depending on the type of stain.
I've goof offed several pieces before no problem.
Unless it is "dyed" into the plastic. Do you have pics?

Stains are just that, stains. You can't remove them. I guess you could paint over them?

I don't know why everyone says you can't get the stain out. I've jad figures stained before and have easily removed it with nail polish remover or acetone before.

Ive gotten plenty of stains out using nail polish remover. It took a few tries, but most will eventually come out.

I have an elite 3 Christian that is stained all to heck. I'm scared to sell it on eBay because of that.

Scrape it off. I'd rather have a small "scar" than a random black dot. Butmaybe that's just me

Acetone did the trick. Still, he had a lot more stains than the pics let on. It was even on his forehead, but I was able to get it all off.

I was gonna say: "throw it in the oven for 10 minutes" but nevermind you got them off.
