Essentially the next face of the company has to be a superstar that can carry the company on his back from now and for years to come especially since Cena his career is basically winding down. Think about it Cena is practically pushing 40 years old well Cena is 38 years old now if you can believe it so his time in the ring is essentially winding down when you think about it. So the question here is is who should be "The Man"? The top guy, the #1 guy for this company to be the flagship for WWE to take this company into the future? Because when people think of the top guy they are going to think Cena but if and when Cena goes someone is going to need to step into that spotlight because who have been the top guys of this company during their respective eras? The Attitude Era essentially had 2 top guys in Austin and Rock, before them it was Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels and before them it was Hulk Hogan so it essentially begs the question of who steps into Cena's shoes? I definitely say Rollins

Rollins he is like an Attitude Era version of Shawn Michaels when you think about it well in some ways he is but at the same time he also reminds us sort of like an Attitude Era Triple H in the sense of being that top guy who essentially is a heel that you just love to hate

Hopefully Rollins but it'll probably be Reigns.

Reigns in my opinion he just isn't ready and I don't think he will ever be because let's face it Reigns he doesn't have the charisma or the mic skills or the ability to put on great matches with whoever he is in the ring with. Rollins has the charisma he has the mic skills he has the ability to put on great matches and make his opponents look good. But also Rollins he just has that it factor whereas Reigns he clearly does not even though Reigns has that wrestling pedigree because of his lineage because of the fact that he is a second generation superstar but other than that if Reigns didn't have that Anoa'i lineage he wouldn't be anything whereas Rollins he simply has much more than Reigns can offer.

WWE will throat us with Roman Reigns for years to come.
Reasons: 1. Failed football career aka Samoan 2. Samoan 3. The Spear 4. Tribal tattoos aka Samoan 5. Hunnies dig the blue contacts

I don't think it should be just one guy. Personally, I'd book all 3 Shield guys evenly as they all bring something to the table. Ambrose brings the personality, Reigns brings the power & Rollins brings the workrate (the other 2 are capable of great matches too, but not on Seth's level).

It should be Seth Rollins, with Roman Reigns as his arch nemesis heel until Reigns can finally come into his own and get the crowd on his side. Then you roll with the both of them.
Behind them, Finn Balor has enormous babyface potential, but not under Vince McMahon. The trajectory of his career, to me, hinges solely upon whether or not Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn are in charge when he gets called up.

Seth needs a counterpart much like how Cena has Orton especially when you think faces of their generations but who could be that perfect counterpart to Rollins? Cena has Orton, Rock had Austin, Bret had Shawn

Attitude Era had Austin, Rock, and Triple H.
This era could easily have Ambrose, Reigns and Rollins fill those roles. Not in the same way Austin, Rock and Triple H did in that era, but they could still be the three main guys for this era if they would just do something with Ambrose and Reigns. The fact that Ambrose and Reigns aren't WWE Tag Champions right now is just criminal.

Yes but Rollins clearly he has more potential as a top guy than Ambrose or even Reigns for that matter

For the next few years I still think the face of the WWE will still come down to one guy...

The NXT Five is going to have some sort of place up there, just a matter of time. I'm saying it's Rollins, Ambrose, Reigns, Bálor, Owens, and Zayn. Hideo and Neville will have a place up there too.

Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose could be the yin to their yang in the sense that whenever these 2 are in the ring together their chemistry is nothing short of magical but also they do bring the best out of each other and their rivalry has for the most part has been personal

If Cena stays til he's 48 I honestly wouldn't doubt it's still him.

Honestly, I don't see why people can't see Ambrose working as well as Rollins, Ambrose is so entertaining on the mic and in the ring it is astounding.
