Idk but I made Jerry Lawler retire and pass on the commentary torch to Edge on EWR, so it'll be pretty weird if something like that happens lol.
But I've always been a fan of Edge, so this will be nice.

Anything that gets him on my TV I'll be happy with. He is my favorite of all time. I'd love to see him in a GM role or even as a commentator.

Bring me Edge, and I will watch every episode in its entirety. That's a boldfaced lie lol. More part timers, or GM's yay. Bring back Christian pls, he was better than Edge. Christian was better than Edge, but Edge would be a good on air personality. |

Why edge but no Christian? During the podcast Edge gave the impression he is happy with his life away from wrestling. All reports point to Christian being upset he was forgotten by the WWE. I'd say the WWE has a better shot at getting Christian back than Edge. Put Christian on commentary for SD. Hell if they could get edge and Christian both on commentary together i'd automatically watch SD.

I said about a week ago that I'd love it if the Board of Directors hired a GM for RAW & SD. Much to the chagrin of the Authority. Someone to make decisions favoring the faces while the Authority would be the mega heels. I listed Sting, Foley, Flair, or Bryan as potential candidates. But Edge would be great for RAW & then go ahead and make Christian the GM of SD.

JBL to be RAW GM and I would have Edge as Smackdown GM, Triple H and Stephanie I would only have them show up once in a while but that is just what I would do and I would have Christian replace JBL on commentary

Edge back as a face GM or something is great. It gives all of the "NOSTALGIA > EVERYTHING" people someone from the past, while not having that person compete and go over any young stars.
Win/win.

I'm intrigued, but I don't know how much I'm buying into this. Edge has shown very little interest in the wrestling business since retiring and seems perfectly content to fly out on occasion, catch up, and go on his merry way. I don't blame him, of course, and it's a pretty sweet gig to have.
I just don't know what they'd bring him in to do. Triple H and Stephanie don't appear to be leaving TV anytime soon (though it often appears as though Triple H would like to), and I don't see him being thrown into a commentary role (though anything to supplant Lawler or JBL would be great in my book.)
