His commentating has gotten a lot better too, imo. I don't ever remember it being bad. I've been listening to him calling commentary on raw since 1997 and I've never had a problem with him. Personally, I really liked his worked during late 1998'-spring of 1999' when he filled in for JR during his recovery of Bells Palsy. I never understood all the hate for this guy. He's done a fine job calling the action. One of my favorites, especially without JR there. That's great, man! I've been listening to him for the same amount of time, as well....and I never once said he was bad. I said he's gotten better.

It's a shame that as soon as somebody has any good news, or a nice story, that some people have to find a way to dampen it.
Good for Cole! If I look like that at 25 I'll be happy, let alone 48!

Seriously good for him. It takes a lot of motivation to make this drastic of a change and he looks great for his age. Major Props I'm calling BS. What happened to all of Cole's absurd tattoos?! I could have sworn he had some on his chest.

Still not buying the photos though. Does anyone remember Cole looking that fat? Compare this WM pic with that fat Cole pic.

I noticed that he put on a considerable amount of weight. I could tell by looking at his face. I don't see how it's hard to believe. Cole works around some of the most physically fit people in the world, he probably asked for advice.

Creatine helps muscle recovery. It doesn't make you big or get you cut. It's diet and excercise that gets you there. Just lots of hard work. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with taking creatine, or that it does all the work for you, but it's aiding you in your process. If someone takes 5hour energy, they can't really say that their energy level is naturally high. If you're taking something for muscle recovery - it's not a "natural" transformation (again, doesn't mean there's anything wrong with it). not a natural transformation? my sweat and sore muscles disagree.

Like you said, I am sure a lot of guys could help with fitness tips, nutrition, etc. Plus I am sure WWE can provide all kinds of healthy eats in catering for him. So making sure to eat right is more will power and less finding the food. But I cant ever recall Cole looking that big.

He is clearly relaxing his stomach in the first pic and in the second pic he is flexing pretty hardcore. That's about the only "indulgence" being done on his part. Other than that, I would say this is 100% legit. An amazing diet and the right workout program for 11 months straight will get anybody ripped. Especially if they are surrounded by people that can cater a perfect diet for him and a perfect workout program for him. I'm sure he had tons of people motivating him constantly considering all of the physically fit people that he is surrounded by. I'm incredibly jealous tbh....makes me want to do INSANITY again

In 2011 I think he lost a little weight to improve his stamina for Wrestlemania 27. He then just put it on again I guess.

Good for him. I could tell he lost weight in his face but didn't know he had been working out so hard.
I assume WWE employs their own personal trainers for NXT and stuff so it only makes sense to take advantage of it.
