Superrrrrr stoked on all the new showings, I'm more into basic's now after seeing most of those protos.
That HOF 4 PACK IS CRISPPPPPPPYYYY!
I am guessing Sting is the first DM Slot, Flashback Y2J is 2nd because we're rioting for him & I think Bill Low-key is awaiting things with Hogan to blow over so we can get that figure sometime in the future.

you bitch about mattel not giving you the ideal owens but you forgot hes a current star and will get many figures in the future. im sure the wait is worth it, it will be something cool with like 3 or 4 interchangeable shirts, youll see

I wonder if we'll get a Ahmed Johnson in 2016 to go with that Farooq? Feels like Mattels body of work (legends wise) is going to really come together over the next two years (IMO). Not only are we getting the big stars from every era in various attires (Still waiting for my WCW Elite Bret lol), we're now getting the midcarders and such of they rosters.
Fans of the Golden era (upto 1992)must be in heaven right now. They've by far got the biggest legends roster. You're at that point where you could easily have a 30man Royal Rumble with wrestlers right through the card. Hogan, Andre, Savage, Warrior, Piper, Rude, Horsemen, LOD, Demolition, MDM, Snuka, Jake, Bulldog, Slaughter, Perfect, Akeem, Bossman, Santana, Rockers, Studd, Sheik, HTM, Funk, Earthquake, jyd, Steamboat, Rhodes, Kamala, Hacksaw, Martel, Tornado. If you're a fan or grew up in this era, you must be delighted.
New Generation collectors (im one) are getting there too. Of the top of my head, WMX/RR93 Bret, RSC HBK, DM Razor Ramon, FB Luger, Doink, IRS, Yokozuna, Undertaker, Bam Bam, FB Lawler, Diesel.
97 roster (i never know where this year officaly sits), DM Bret, FB Vader, SID, DM Taker, FB HBK, Two Rocks, Farooq, LG Bulldog, LG Pillman, Austin, Kane, Mankind, Cactus and this new HHH we've just seen.
97/98/99 WCW, FB Malenko, FB DDP, FB Rey, RSC Savage, Nash, RSC Hall, FB Savage, FB The Giant, DM Sting.
Attitue Era and beyond. Billy Gunn, Road Dogg, Xpac, Various Rocks, Austin, HHH, Rikishi, Godfather, Mankind, Bradshaw, Farooq, Eddie, ABA, Booker, Lesnar, JBL etc.
I've missed out stuff obvioulsy, but i gotta say, its a great era to be a collector.

Umaga was the one thing I really wasn't expecting, and he's been a huge want of mine since mattel started doing flashbacks. Tyson Kidd is  ing awesome, loving the attire and the accessories. Zayn is in my favorite attire of his, and that NXT title is looking superb. That HOF Macho Man was another specific attire I was really wanting, and it came out looking perfect. Same with the RSC Nash. So glad some of these exclusive figures are getting rereleased, especially Cactus Jack. And that HOF 4 pack is a thing of beauty. Mattel finds a way to top themselves every year, 10/10 showing. And like always, people come in here bitching just to bitch. |
