My package from RSC departed Heathrow airport on Sunday and that's the last tracking info. It usually gets "Processed through sort facility" twice before it gets to me. It's been in the country for nearly a week and still hasn't got to me.
It's really annoying because RSC in the US posted it on the 6th and it was in England by the 8th and it's now took 4 days+ just to get it to me from up the road from me (Heathrow is about 2 hours drive from me).

Sounds like Customs may have held things up there.

That's not true. You pay VAT on the value of the item plus postage. There is nothing that is getting here from ringside scott free without a massive stroke of luck. i.e Customs sometimes don't bother for less than 9gbp duty for non EU goods. Which is basically 45 quid including postage allowance. www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad/tax-and-dutyI've ordered many times from ringside with no issue (must be a lucky guy) also ordered off amazon USA many times and eBay USA and have never had an issue trust me you're good to go I recently got a big order from ringside around £260 mark and was stung with custom charge of £40! I was not happy at all, I read up on it and I kind of got the same answer that you need to make sure you state it's a "gift" then charges and taxes don't apply. Althought I've been back on ringside since and went to order finn and a few more but couldn't see anywhere where you could state it was a gift.

I ordered E37 Rollins with no customs charge, I noticed the customs label said the value was $15 so maybe that helped also.
